Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性樹脂によりベルト本体を形成し、該ベルト本体の背面側に、表面接着処理を施したフッ素系樹脂フィルムを配置し、次いで、前記ベルト本体及びその背面側に配置したフッ素系樹脂フィルムの周方向における一部を加温して、ベルト本体を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の溶融粘度を10 5 〜10 6 poiseの範囲に設定しつつ、ベルト本体及びフッ素系樹脂フィルムの当該部位を一定時間加圧し、その後、ベルト本体及びフッ素系樹脂フィルムの当該部位を加圧したまま冷却することにより、当該部位におけるベルト本体の背面にフッ素系樹脂フィルムを貼着し、さらに、同様の手順で、ベルト本体及びフッ素系樹脂フィルムをその周方向に順次位置をずらしながら、全周にわたってベルト背面にフッ素系樹脂フィルムを貼着することを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂ベルトの製造方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂によりベルト本体を形成し、該ベルト本体の背面側に、表面接着処理を施したフッ素系樹脂フィルムを配置し、次いで、前記ベルト本体及びその背面側に配置したフッ素系樹脂フィルムをプーリに掛け、該プーリを回転させながら、プーリ外周上のうちの回転方向後方において、ベルト本体及びフッ素系樹脂フィルムを加温して、ベルト本体を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の溶融粘度を10 5 〜10 6 poiseの範囲に設定しつつ、ベルト本体及びフッ素系樹脂フィルムを一定時間加圧し、プーリ外周上のうちの回転方向前方において、ベルト本体及びフッ素系樹脂フィルムを加圧したまま冷却することにより、ベルト背面にフッ素系樹脂フィルムをその全周にわたって連続して貼着することを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂ベルトの製造方法。
- 前記表面接着処理として、フッ素系樹脂フィルムに、金属ナトリウムの液体アンモニア溶液による処理、金属ナトリウムのナフタリン−テトラヒドロフラン溶液による処理、中高真空中でのスパッタエッチング処理、低圧ガス中でのプラズマ処理、又はイオン注入機による一定のイオン注入処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂ベルトの製造方法。
