Claims (13)
- 内燃機関の排気ガス流(5)に少なくとも1種の反応物を添加する方法において、
次の操作:a)排気ガス流(5)の少なくとも1種の成分の少なくとも部分的な変換と、b)排気ガス流(5)の少なくとも1種の成分の少なくとも部分的な分離とのうちの少なくとも一方を実施するための要素(3)の下流で、
反応物流(10)の少なくとも80重量%が要素(3)に当たるように、反応物流(10)が滴の流れの形で排気ガス流(5)に逆流で添加され、
反応物流(10)は要素(3)によって吸収されそして気化される
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気ガス流への少なくとも1種の反応物の添加方法。 - 反応物流(10)は、少なくとも部分領域に多孔性被膜(23)を有する要素(3)および/または多孔性の要素(3)の中に先ず吸収され、そして一時的に蓄積され、その後気化されそして放出されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応物流(10)が少なくとも30マイクロメータの平均直径の滴を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも反応物流(10)が要素(3)に当たる領域において、反応物流(10)の少なくとも1種の成分の分解反応が行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の方法。
- 反応物流(10)が次の物質
a)還元剤
b)還元剤前駆体
の少なくとも1つを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の方法。 - 次のパラメータ
a)反応物流(10)の平均速度
b)反応物流(10)の平均質量流量
c)反応物流(10)の組成
の少なくとも1つが、次のパラメータ
A)排気ガス流(5)の組成
B)排気ガス流(5)の平均速度
C)内燃機関の運転特性量
の少なくとも1つに依存して設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の方法。 - 反応物流(10)の添加が、排気ガス流(5)の少なくとも部分的な方向変化を生じる領域で行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の1つに記載の方法。
- 流れ方向(11)を有する内燃機関の排気ガス流(5)の処理装置(1)であって、
次の操作:a)排気ガス流(5)の少なくとも1種の成分の少なくとも部分的な変換と、b)排気ガス流(5)の少なくとも1種の成分の少なくとも部分的な分離とのうちの少なくとも一方を実施するための少なくとも1つの要素(3)と、流れ方向(11)において下流に設けられ反応物流(10)を添加領域に添加する添加ユニット(4)とを備えた内燃機関の排気ガス流(5)の処理装置(1)において、
添加ユニット(4)は、排気ガス流(5)に対して逆流で、運転中に反応物流(10)の少なくとも80重量%が要素(3)に当たるように向けられていることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気ガス流の処理装置。 - 添加ユニット(4)は、添加ユニットを出る際の反応物平均速度の方向に要素(3)が形成されているように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 要素(3)の少なくとも部分領域が多孔性被膜(23)を有することおよび/または多孔性であることを特徴とする請求項8又は9記載の装置。
- 被膜(23)は、運転中に反応物流(10)の少なくとも一部が要素(3)に当たる領域では、次の条件
a)被膜(23)が白金フリーであること
b)被膜(23)が触媒作用により還元剤前駆体を還元剤に加水分解すること
c)被膜が耐水撃性であること
d)被膜が液体を吸収できること
e)被膜が50%以上の多孔率を有すること
の少なくとも1つを満たすことを特徴とする請求項10記載の装置。 - 転向手段(14,24)が、少なくとも添加領域において排気ガス流(5)の少なくとも部分的な転向を達成可能であるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至11の1つに記載の装置。
- 添加ユニット(4)がノズル(6)を含むことを特徴とする請求項8乃至12の1つに記載の装置。
