Claims (7)
- 鋼帯を上下方向に搬送する加熱帯、均熱帯及び冷却帯をこの順に配置してなり、炉外より雰囲気ガスを炉内に供給し、炉内ガスを加熱帯下部の鋼帯導入部から排出するとともに、炉内ガスの一部を吸引して炉外に設けた脱酸素装置と除湿装置を有するリファイナに導入してガス中の酸素と水分を除去して露点を低下し、露点を低下したガスを炉内に戻すようにしてなる縦型焼鈍炉を用いて鋼帯を焼鈍する際に、

Qi2 > 6×Vs×273÷(273+Ts) ・・・(7) - さらに加熱帯上部にリファイナで露点を低下したガスを炉内に吐出するガスの吐出口を設け、加熱帯上部の吐出ガス量Qi3(Nm3/hr)、加熱帯内容積Vh(m3)および加熱帯平均炉温Th(℃)が下式(8)の関係を満たすようにすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍方法。
Qi3 > 0.35×Vh×273÷(273+Th) …(8) - 前記均熱帯と冷却帯の連結部近傍の冷却帯の吸引ガス量Qo1(Nm3/hr)、前記均熱帯下部の吐出ガス量Qi2(Nm3/hr)、前記炉外より冷却帯以降に供給する雰囲気ガスの供給量Qf1(Nm3/hr)、前記均熱帯内容積Vs(m3)、前記均熱帯平均炉温Ts(℃)が、前記式(5)、(7)に代えて、下式(9)、(10)の関係を満たすようにすることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍方法。

Qi2 > 7×Vs×273÷(273+Ts) …(10) - 前記冷却帯は、鋼帯を搬送するパスは1パスからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかの項に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかの項に記載の方法で連続焼鈍を行った後、溶融亜鉛めっきを施すことを特徴とする鋼帯の溶融亜鉛めっき方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法で溶融亜鉛めっきを行った後、亜鉛めっきの合金化処理を行うことを特徴とする鋼帯の溶融亜鉛めっき方法。
