Description
〔発明の背景〕
Claims (17)
- 第1出口を通して第1材料を押し出すように構成された第1ノズルと、
第2出口を通して前記第1材料を押し出すように構成された第2ノズルと、
前記第1出口と前記第2出口の間にある第3出口を通して、前記第1材料とは異なる第2材料を押し出すように構成された第3ノズルと、
前記第1ノズルに対する前記第1材料の流れを調整するように構成された第1バルブと、
前記第2ノズルに対する前記第1材料の流れを調整するように構成された第2バルブと、
前記第3ノズルに対する前記第2材料の流れを調整するように構成された第3バルブと、
前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ及び前記第3バルブと連携する複数のサーボモーターと
を備え、
第1の期間中、前記第1ノズル及び前記第2ノズルによる前記第1材料の押出しが行われるが、前記第3ノズルによる前記第2材料の押出しは行われないように、次の第2の期間中、前記第1ノズル、前記第2ノズル及び前記第3ノズルのいずれによっても押出しが行われないように、そして、次の第3の期間中、前記第1ノズル及び前記第2ノズルによる前記第1材料の押出しと、前記第3ノズルによる前記第2材料の押出しとの両方が行われるように、前記複数のサーボモーターは、前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ及び前記第3バルブを制御するように作動可能となっており、
前記第1材料と前記第2材料がノズルからの押出しの後、固体に硬化される材料を含む、マルチノズルアセンブリシステム。 - 前記出口のそれぞれが略長方形の横断面を有する、請求項1に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 前記出口の少なくとも一つの高さを、前記の他の出口の少なくとも一つの高さに対して制御可能に変化させるように構成されたノズル位置コントローラをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 前記第1ノズル及び前記第2ノズルからそれぞれ押し出される材料を成形するように構成された第1こて及び第2こてをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 前記第1出口及び前記第2出口の幅が前記第3出口の幅よりも狭い、請求項1に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- マルチノズルアセンブリの方向を制御するように構成された方向制御メカニズムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 前記方向制御メカニズムが前記マルチノズルアセンブリの方向を3次元空間で制御するように構成されている、請求項6に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 前記ノズルのそれぞれに材料を送るように構成された材料フィードシステムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 前記材料フィードシステムが、前記第1ノズル及び前記第2ノズルに送る材料と前記第3ノズルに送る材料を分離するように構成されている、請求項8に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 前記材料フィードシステムが、それぞれのノズルへの材料の流れを選択的に遮断できるように制御可能に構成されたバルブシステムを含む、請求項8に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 前記ノズルの少なくとも一つから押し出される材料が一方向に流出するのを制御可能に遮断するように構成された制御可能ゲートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマルチノズルアセンブリシステム。
- 2つの離れた縁部の第1層を同時に押し出すこと、
そして前記縁部の第1層を押し出した後、2つの離れた縁部の次の層を、前記離れた縁部の1つの第1層の上にそれぞれ、前記2つの離れた縁部の第1層の間に入れる充填材の第1層と共に、直接的又は間接的に同時に押し出すこと
を含む、建設方法。 - 前記縁部の第1層と前記充填材の第1層の高さがすべて実質的に同じである、請求項12に記載の建設方法。
- 前記縁部に使われる材料が前記充填材に使われる材料とは異なる、請求項12に記載の建設方法。
- 前記縁部用の材料がプラスチックで、前記充填材用の材料がコンクリートである、請求項14に記載の建設方法。
- 前記縁部の第1層を、前記縁部の次の層と前記充填材の第1層を押し出す前に硬化させる、請求項12に記載の建設方法。
- 前記縁部の次の層を押し出した後、縁部の次の層を同時に押し出さないで、充填材の最後に押し出された層の上に充填材の次の層を押し出すことをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の建設方法。
