Claims (3)
- 排気管の途中に選択還元型触媒を装備し且つ該選択還元型触媒の上流側に還元剤添加手段により還元剤を添加してNOxを還元浄化するようにした排気浄化装置の制御方法であって、エンジンの運転状態に応じてNOx発生量を推定し且つその推定値に見合う還元剤の添加予定量を決定する一方、還元剤の添加後の経過時間と排気温度又は触媒床温度とに基づいて、還元剤の反応消費と蒸発とを考慮した単位時間当たりの低減係数を、該低減係数と排気温度又は触媒床温度との対応関係のマップから読み出し、その読み出した低減係数を経過時間と乗算して減少量を算出し、該減少量を直近の還元剤の実添加量から減算して添加残量を求め、該添加残量を次回の還元剤の添加予定量から減算して実添加量を決定し、該実添加量を前記還元剤添加手段への添加指示値とすることを特徴とする排気浄化装置の制御方法。
- エンジンを停止した後も、選択還元型触媒周囲の排気温度又は触媒床温度が所定温度に低下するまで還元剤の減少量の算出を継続し、該減少量をエンジン停止直前の添加残量から時々刻々減算して添加残量を更新することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置の制御方法。
- 現在の排気温度又は触媒床温度で選択還元型触媒に溜めることが可能な還元剤の貯溜可能量を推定し、その推定した貯溜可能量を添加残量が超えた時に還元剤の添加を中止することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置の制御方法。
