Description
Claims (10)
- 周面に軸方向に延びる溝を有する炭素質熱源ロッドを押出し成形する押出成形機と、この押出成形機から押し出された上記炭素質熱源ロッドの周面を断熱材にて包被する断熱材包被装置とを備えた炭素質熱源チップの製造装置において、
前記押出成形機により連続して押出し成形された炭素質熱源ロッドを前記押出成形機から前記断熱材包被装置に搬送する搬送路の少なくとも一部を形成する中空パイプと、
上記中空パイプの内部を通流する空気流を形成する少なくとも一つの空気量増幅器とを備え、
該空気流にて前記炭素質熱源ロッドを乾燥させながら搬送することを特徴とする炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。 - 前記中空パイプを前記押出成形機と前記断熱材包被装置との間にループ状をなして設けた請求項1に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。
- 前記押出成形機から押し出された炭素質熱源ロッドを前記中空パイプへ送り出す第1のエアーホイルコンベアと、上記炭素質熱源ロッドを前記中空パイプから前記断熱材包被装置に供給する第2のエアーホイルコンベアとを前記搬送路に備えた請求項1に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造方法。
- 前記中空パイプを前記第1のエアーホイルコンベアと前記第2のエアーホイルコンベアとの間にループをなして設けた請求項3に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの空気量増幅器は、前記中空パイプの入口部に設けられる請求項1に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの空気量増幅器は、前記中空パイプの途中に設けられる請求項1に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの空気量増幅器は、前記中空パイプの入口部に設けられて該中空パイプの内部に空気流を生起する第1の空気量増幅器と、前記中空パイプの途中に設けられて該中空パイプを通流する空気流を増大させる第2の空気量増幅器とを含む請求項1に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの空気量増幅器は、空気の一部を放出して前記中空パイプ内の空気流量を調整する静圧調整孔を備える請求項1に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。
- 前記押出成形機と前記搬送路との間に空間を設けて前記押出成形機から前記搬送路に供給される前記炭素質熱源ロッドにたるみを形成し、前記炭素質熱源ロッドのたるみ長が所定長となるように前記断熱材包被装置における包被動作速度を制御手段により制御する請求項1に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。
- 前記押出成形機と前記搬送路との間に配される接続位置と前記押出成形機と前記搬送路との間から遠ざかる退避位置との間で移動可能な可動搬送路と、前記押出成形機の直ぐ下流側において前記搬送路に臨んで配された切断装置とを備え、
前記押出成形機から連続して押し出される炭素質熱源ロッドの水分量および押出し速度が前記断熱材包被装置における包被動作に適するようなものに安定するまでは前記可動搬送路を前記退避位置に位置づけ、
前記炭素質熱源ロッドの水分量および押出し速度が安定した後に前記切断装置により前記炭素質熱源ロッドを切断し、次いで、前記可動搬送路を前記接続位置に位置づけて、前記断熱材包被装置への前記炭素質熱源ロッドの供給を開始する請求項1に記載の炭素質熱源チップの製造装置。
