本発明は、水を活性化して飲料水その他の用途水として優れた機能性を付与することができる活水装置に係り、特にコンパクトで汎用性に富む活水装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、水道水等の水質低下等に鑑み、各種浄水器の開発等が盛んに行われている。しかしながら、これまでは水(H2 O)に含まれる他の物質(有機物、無機物)の処理、あるいは酸化・還元等によるPH調整、また硬度調整等に主眼がおかれており、必ずしも人体に摂取する水として十分な機能を付与できるものが提供されているとはいい難い面があった。

これに対し、最近では水(H2 O)自体の構造に着目され、水の分子集団(クラスタ)を細分化することにより、酸化還元電位を200mV以下とし、非イオン化された体液に近い水を得る技術が開発されている。すなわち、一般の水は水素結合によって、大小のクラスタが結合された状態となっているが、セラミックス等によって遠赤外線等の高エネルギが付与された場合には、このクラスタの結合が切断され、単分子になって再結合を繰り返し、その結果平均化された細かい分子をもつ水(活水)となることが見出だされている。体内の水は、このクラスタが小さく、飲料水の場合にはクラスタが小さいほど、おいしいとされている。

前記の目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明では、配管によって形成される通水経路に、水を活性化する活水器を設けるとともに、この活水器に組合せて、水を磁化する磁化水装置、水を浄化する浄水器、または水を殺菌する殺菌装置のいずれか1以上を連続的に配置した活水装置であって、前記活水器は、水の流入口および流出口をその軸方向各端に配置したステンレス鋼製の筒状ケーシングと、この筒状ケーシング内の軸方向に区分された領域内に充填された少なくとも2種類のボール材とを備え、前記ボール材の一方は、遠赤外線放射用の多数のセラミックボールであり、前記ボール材の他方は、銀系の抗菌材製ボールであり、前記活水器は、前記筒状ケーシング内の各領域に前記セラミックボールと前記抗菌材製ボールとをそれぞれ固定保持するための保持装置を備え、この保持装置は、前記筒状ケーシングの中心位置に配置した固定軸と、この固定軸の軸方向複数箇所にそれぞれ装着されたステンレス鋼製の対向する1対の保持板と、これら両保持板間に配置された圧縮スプリングとを有することを特徴とする活水装置を提供する。
