Claims (11)
- 生体管腔内の物体を捕獲して体外へ除去する捕獲デバイスに挿入して使用される医療デバイスであって、
間隔を空けて並び、遠位側へ向かって延在する少なくとも2つの長尺なシャフト部と、
少なくとも2つの前記シャフト部の遠位部から遠位側へ延在する切削部と、を有し、
前記切削部は、
前記シャフト部に対して傾斜する少なくとも2つの線状部と、
少なくとも2つの前記線状部の遠位部から遠位側に延在する遠位連続部と、を有し、
少なくとも前記線状部は、鋭利な切削刃を有する医療デバイス。 - 前記切削刃は、前記遠位連続部の最遠位部よりも近位側に位置する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記線状部は、前記シャフト部の中心軸に対して屈曲する屈曲部を有し、
前記切削刃は、前記屈曲部よりも遠位側に位置する請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記線状部は、当該線状部の延在方向と垂直な断面において平行な2つの平坦面を有し、
前記切削刃は、前記平坦面の縁部に形成される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記遠位連続部および当該遠位連続部から連続する2つの前記シャフト部は、1本の線材により形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 少なくとも2つの前記シャフト部の近位部は、管状の操作部に連結されている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 生体管腔内に挿入されて、当該生体管腔内の物体を捕獲して体外へ除去するための医療システムであって、
生体管腔内の物体を捕獲するための捕獲デバイスと、
前記捕獲デバイスに捕獲された物体を破砕するための医療デバイスと、を有し、
前記医療デバイスは、
間隔を空けて並び、遠位側へ向かって延在する少なくとも2つの長尺なシャフト部と、
少なくとも2つの前記シャフト部の遠位部から遠位側へ延在する切削部と、を有し、
前記切削部は、
前記シャフト部に対して傾斜する少なくとも2つの線状部と、
少なくとも2つの前記線状部の遠位部から遠位側に延在する遠位連続部と、を有し、
少なくとも前記線状部は、鋭利な切削刃を有し、
前記捕獲デバイスは、
管状の捕獲用シースと、前記捕獲用シースの遠位部に連結されて当該捕獲用シースと連通する管体であり、径方向へ拡張および収縮可能な捕獲部と、を有し、
前記切削部は、前記捕獲部の内部で当該捕獲部の周方向および軸方向へ移動可能である医療システム。 - 前記切削刃は、前記遠位連続部の最遠位部よりも近位側に位置する請求項1に記載の医療システム。
- 前記シャフト部の回転中心軸から、当該回転中心軸と直交する方向へ前記切削部の最も離れた部位までの最大距離は、拡張した前記捕獲部の最大内径以上である請求項7または8に記載の医療システム。
- 収縮させた前記捕獲部を収容可能な管状の外シースをさらに有する請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。
- 請求項7に記載の医療システムを使用して生体管腔内の物体を捕獲して体外へ除去するための処置方法であって、
前記捕獲デバイスを生体管腔内に挿入するステップと、
前記捕獲部を生体管腔内で拡張させるステップと、
遠位部に径方向へ拡張可能な拡張部を有する除去デバイスの遠位部を前記捕獲デバイスに挿入し、前記拡張部を生体管腔内の物体よりも遠位側へ到達させるステップと、
前記拡張部を拡張させて当該拡張部を近位側へ移動させ、当該拡張部により前記物体を前記捕獲部の内部に引き込むステップと、
前記切削部を前記捕獲部の内部で移動させて前記物体を破砕するステップと、
前記破砕した物体を、前記捕獲用シースを介して体外へ除去するステップと、を有する処置方法。
