Abstract
【解決手段】単結晶材17及び一方向凝固材を結晶方向に成長させて形成された方向凝固材1の端部1cに生じた損傷を肉盛溶接によって補修する方法であって、方向凝固材1の厚さ方向T1外側に突出する張出部2を端部1c側に形成する張出部形成工程と、レーザー粉体肉盛溶接によって端部1c上に肉盛部4(3’)を形成する肉盛溶接工程とを備える。

Claims (4)
- 単結晶材及び一方向凝固材を結晶方向に成長させて形成された方向凝固材の端部に生じた損傷を肉盛溶接によって補修する方法であって、
前記方向凝固材の厚さ方向外側に突出する張出部を前記端部側に形成する張出部形成工程と、
レーザー粉体肉盛溶接によって前記端部上に肉盛部を形成する肉盛溶接工程とを備えることを特徴とする方向凝固材の溶接補修方法。 - 請求項1記載の方向凝固材の溶接補修方法において、
前記肉盛溶接工程では前記端部と前記張出部上に前記肉盛部を形成し、
前記張出部上に配された前記肉盛部の表面側及び前記張出部を除去する除去工程を備えることを特徴とする方向凝固材の溶接補修方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の方向凝固材の溶接補修方法において、
前記張出部は、前記端部に肉盛溶接して形成、あるいは前記端部に張出用部材を一体に取り付けて形成されていることを特徴とする方向凝固材の溶接補修方法。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方向凝固材の溶接補修方法において、
前記方向凝固材が、ガスタービンの翼部材であることを特徴とする方向凝固材の溶接補修方法。
