Description
Claims (18)
- 繊維不織ウェブ布から構成される基礎構造を有し、前記基礎構造は繊維(1)からなると共に前記繊維(1)によって形成された第1の細孔(2)を有し、かつ前記基礎構造は少なくとも部分的に粒子(3)が充填されており、その粒子(3)は前記第1の細孔(2)に少なくとも部分的に充填され、前記粒子(3)が充填された領域(4)を形成している、プライにおいて、
前記充填された領域(4)内の前記粒子(3)が第2の細孔(5)を形成し、前記粒子(3)の平均直径が前記第2の細孔(5)の大部分の平均細孔径より大きいプライ。 - 前記粒子(3)の形状が球形である請求項1に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が前記基礎構造にシート状均質分布を形成する請求項1または2に記載のプライ。
- 前記充填された領域(4)の少なくとも一部が、前記粒子(3)を有する前記基礎構造のコーティングとして構成される請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアクリル酸、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリメタクリレート、ポリスチレン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリアクリルアミド、及びそれらのコポリマー、セルロース及びその誘導体、ポリエーテル、フェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ポリウレタン、ニトリルゴム(NBR)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)及びラテックスからなる群から選択される有機ポリマーから構成されるバインダーによって前記繊維不織ウェブ布と結合される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記バインダーの融点が前記粒子(3)及び/または前記繊維(1)の融点より低い請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が0.01〜10μmの範囲の平均直径を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が、ポリプロピレン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエステル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ペルフルオロエチレン−プロピレン(FEP)、ポリスチレン、スチレンブタジエンコポリマー、ポリアクリレート、ニトリル−ブタジエンポリマー、及びそれらのポリマーのコポリマーからなる群から選択される有機ポリマーから製造される請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記繊維不織ウェブ布の前記繊維(1)が、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリスルホン、ポリイミド、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリアミド及びポリビニルピロリドンからなる群から選択される有機ポリマーから製造される請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記繊維不織ウェブ布の前記繊維(1)の平均長さが、それらの平均直径の少なくとも2倍以上、好ましくは多数倍である請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記繊維不織ウェブ布の前記繊維(1)の少なくとも90%が、12μm以下の平均直径を有する請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記繊維不織ウェブ布の前記繊維(1)の少なくとも40%が、8μm以下の平均直径を有する請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 厚みが、100μm以下、好ましくは60μm以下、より好ましくは25μm以下である請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 多孔率が、少なくとも25%、好ましくは少なくとも35%である請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記第1及び第2の細孔(2、5)が迷路ミクロ構造を形成する請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記第2の細孔(5)が、3μm以下、好ましくは1μm以下の細孔径を有する請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 長さ方向の引張強さが、少なくとも15N/5cmである請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記基礎構造がカレンダー加工される請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
