Abstract
Description
図1は本発明による一実施例における心臓弁100を示す図である。循環弁100は弁フレーム102と、弁フレーム102に連結される弁尖104とを備える。弁フレーム102はフレームセル108を形成するフレーム部106を更に備える。フレームセル108は第1の安定した平衡状態から不安定な平衡状態を経て第2の安定した平衡状態に遷移する連結部110を備える。一実施例において、ここで開示されるようにこの遷移は1つ以上の連結部110が相互に向かって張引されたときに生じる。
様々な実施例において、フレームセル108はフレームセル108の角部118及び連結部110間を延びる追従性を備えた区分116を更に備える。追従性を備えた区分116は、連結部110が第1の安定した状態から不安定な状態を経て第2の安定した状態に遷移すると、角部118から弾性的に屈曲するか、偏向する。偏向した状態における追従性を備えた区分116は、第2の安定した平衡状態において連結部110を保持することを補助する。
Claims (12)
- 対向する連結部を備えたフレームセルを形成するフレーム部を有する弁フレームと、連結部が相互に向かって張引されると連結部は第1の安定した平衡状態から不安定な平衡状態を経て第2の安定した平衡状態に遷移することと、
該弁フレームに連結される弁尖とを備えることを特徴とする循環弁。 - 前記第1の安定した平衡状態及び第2の安定した平衡状態は、不安定な平衡状態が得られない場合にフレームセルの連結部が復帰する位置エネルギーの対応する最小値の位置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環弁。
- 前記フレーム部は連結部を第2の安定した平衡状態に保持することを補助する追従性を備えた区分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の循環弁。
- 前記フレームセルは弁フレームの先端部及び基端部のうち少なくともいずれか一方に位置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の循環弁。
- 前記フレーム部はフレームセル間を延びる所定のフレーム構造体を有し、所定のフレーム構造体と、フレームセルとは異なる形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の循環弁。
- 前記フレームセルは同フレームセルが第2の安定した平衡状態から遷移することを防止すべく係合するロック機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の循環弁。
- 前記ロック機構は連結部が不安定な平衡状態から第2の安定した平衡状態に遷移するとフレームセルの第2の連結部から延びる第2の係合部と係合する、第1の連結部から延びる第1の係合部を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の循環弁。
- 前記第1の安定した平衡状態は配備された状態の80乃至95%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の循環弁。
- 長尺状搬送カテーテルと、
同長尺状搬送カテーテルの少なくとも一部の周囲に位置される後退可能なシースと、同後退可能なシースは長尺状搬送カテーテルに対して長手方向に移動することと、
該長尺状搬送カテーテル及び後退可能なシースの間に位置される循環弁と、同循環弁は対向する複数の連結部を備えたフレームセルを形成する複数のフレーム部を有する弁フレーム及び同弁フレームに連結された弁尖を含むことと、
該長尺状搬送カテーテル及び後退可能なシースの間をフレームセルの連結部に向かって長手方向に延びる複数の配備スレッドとを備え、同配備スレッドにより圧力が作用されることにより連結部は第1の安定した平衡状態から不安定な平衡状態を経て第2の安定した平衡状態に遷移することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記後退可能なシースは長尺状搬送カテーテルに対して長手方向に移動するため、循環弁は非配備状態から第1の安定した平衡状態に遷移できることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の安定した平衡状態は第2の安定した平衡状態の80乃至95%であることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のシステム。
- 前記長尺状搬送カテーテル及び後退可能なシースの間を長手方向に延び、連結部のうち少なくとも1つと隣接する押圧管を備え、前記配備スレッドは押圧管を通じてフレ―ムセルの連結部に延び、これにより圧力が配備スレッド及び押圧管の間の連結部に作用されることを特徴とする請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
