Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 溶接可能な異種材料を結合する方法であって、
異種材料である第1および第2材料から、第1および第2材料の各端部が接合される溶解プロセスを用いてアダプタを形成するステップと、
アダプタの完全性を確認するステップと、
アダプタの第1材料が異種材料の第1材料に溶接されるように、およびアダプタの第2材料が異種材料の第2材料に溶接されるように、異種材料の間の中間位置においてアダプタを溶接するステップであり、第1材料および異種材料の第1材料が類似であり、第2材料および異種材料の第2材料が類似である、ステップと、
を含む方法。 - 第1材料および第2材料のうちの少なくとも一方が、炭素鋼、ステンレス鋼、超オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼、高強力低合金鋼、ニッケル合金、銅合金、アルミニウム合金、チタン、鉛、亜鉛、およびマグネシウムからなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1材料および第2材料のうちの少なくとも一方が、熱硬化性ポリマーおよび熱可塑性ポリマーからなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- アダプタがリング形状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶解プロセスが固相接合プロセスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固相接合プロセスが、摩擦攪拌溶接または回転摩擦溶接である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 完全性が非破壊プロセスにおいて確認される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶接ステップが現場作業において実行され、アダプタを形成するステップは現場作業に関連する遠隔場所において実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- アダプタを溶接するステップが、アーク溶接、ガス溶接、抵抗溶接、超音波溶接、高周波溶接、およびエネルギービーム溶接からなるグループから選択される処理となる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶接プロセスにおいて異種材料を恒久的に接合するためのアダプタであって、
アダプタは第2部分に摩擦攪拌溶接された第1部分を備え、第1および第2部分はそれぞれ、異種材料と類似の異種材料から製造された、アダプタ。 - アダプタがリング形状を有し、異種材料はパイプである、請求項10に記載のアダプタ。
- 第1部分および第2部分のうちの少なくとも一方が、炭素鋼、ステンレス鋼、超オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼、高強力低合金鋼、ニッケル合金、銅合金、アルミニウム合金、チタン、鉛、亜鉛、およびマグネシウムからなるグループから選択される材料から製造された、請求項10に記載のアダプタ。
- 第1部分が、炭素鋼、ニッケル合金、銅合金、およびアルミニウム合金からなるグループから選択される材料から製造され、
第2部分が、ステンレス鋼、超オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼、および高強力低合金鋼からなるグループから選択される材料から製造されている、請求項10に記載のアダプタ。 - 第1部分が、炭素鋼、ステンレス鋼、超オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼、高強力低合金鋼、ニッケル合金、銅合金、アルミニウム合金、チタン、鉛、亜鉛、およびマグネシウムからなるグループから選択される材料から製造され、
第2部分が、熱硬化性ポリマーおよび熱可塑性ポリマーからなるグループから選択される材料から製造されている、請求項10に記載のアダプタ。 - 第1部分および第2部分のうちの少なくとも一方が、熱硬化性ポリマーおよび熱可塑性ポリマーからなるグループから選択される材料から製造されている、請求項10に記載のアダプタ。
- 溶接プロセスが、アーク溶接、ガス溶接、抵抗溶接、超音波溶接、高周波溶接、およびエネルギービーム溶接からなるグループから選択されている、請求項10に記載のアダプタ。
- 請求項10のアダプタ、および異種材料から製造された第1パイプと第2パイプとの中間位置においてアダプタを溶接するための指示書を備えるキット。
- 請求項10に記載のアダプタを備えるマニホールドおよびT継手。
- 請求項10に記載のアダプタを備えるパイプライン。
