Claims (23)
- 細長い医療機器を把持するために高い把持性能を有する内視鏡の起上台と共に使用する把持器具において、
該器具は、
把持面と、該起上台を受けるために該把持面を貫いて形成される開口とを有する本体を備え、該本体の該開口は、内視鏡の起上台回りに配置されるようにされており、該把持面は、細長い医療機器を把持すために該起上台に配置されるようにされている、把持器具。 - 把持先端がポリマー材料からできている、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 該ポリマー材料が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ペルフルオロエラストマー、フルオロエラストマー、ニトリル、ネオプレン、ポリウレタン、シリコン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、スチレン−ブタジエン、ゴム、及びポリイソブチレンのうち、少なくとも一つ含んでいる、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 該把持先端が該本体上に形成される少なくとも一つの畝を備える、請求項1に記載の器具。
- それぞれ該畝が該医療機器の把持性能を高め、剥離が低減するための所定の形状を有する、請求項4に記載の器具。
- 該所定の形状が、三角形、半円、及び長方形の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項5に記載の器具。
- 該少なくとも一つの畝が、該起上台に対して該本体にわたって横方向に形成される、請求項4に記載の器具。
- 該少なくとも一つの畝が、該起上台に対して該本体にわたって縦方向に形成される、請求項4に記載の器具。
- 該把持先端が該起上台に接着剤にて配置されている、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 該本体が該起上台を受ける該開口を画定するリップを備える、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 該把持面と該本体の開口が該細長い医療機器の把持性能が高めるように内視鏡の該起上台と協働する、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 細長い医療機器に対する高い把持性と損傷を抑える性能を有する内視鏡用の内視鏡把持アセンブリにおいて、
該アセンブリは、
内視鏡の操作中に、起上台と、該導入チューブと該起上台を動かすために該導入チューブ及び該起上台と連通する制御システムとを有する遠位先端まで伸長する導入チューブと、
把持面と該起上台を受けるために該把持面を貫いて形成される開口とを有する本体を備え、該本体の該開口は、該内視鏡の該起上台回りに配置され、該把持面は、該細長い医療機器を把持するために該起上台に配置される、内視鏡把持アセンブリ。 - 該把持先端がポリマー材料からできている、請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 該ポリマー材料が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ペルフルオロエラストマー、フルオロエラストマー、ニトリル、ネオプレン、ポリウレタン、シリコン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、スチレン−ブタジエン、ゴム、及びポリイソブチレンのうち、少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- 該把持先端が複数の畝を備える、請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- それぞれ該畝が該医療機器の把持性能を高め、剥離が低減するための所定の形状を有する、請求項15に記載のアセンブリ。
- 該所定の形状が、三角形、半円、及び長方形の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項16に記載のアセンブリ。
- 該起上台がエラストマー材料から成る、請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 細長い医療機器を受け入れるのに高い性能を有する内視鏡器具において、
該器具は、
把持スロットを有する起上台を備え、該起上台は、該起上台を貫いて形成され、内側面によって画定されており、該内側面は、該面上に形成され、該把持スロットに突き出ている、少なくとも一つの把持部材を有し、該内側面は、その上に形成される少なくとも一つの把持部材を有し、該スロットは、該細長い医療機器を受けるようにされ、該把持部材は該細長い医療機器の把持性能を高めるようにされている、内視鏡器具。 - 該起上台が枢動可能に取り付けられている遠位先端まで伸長する導入チューブと、
内視鏡の操作中において、該導入チューブと該起上台を動かすために、該導入チューブと該起上台とに連通している制御システムとを更に備える、請求項19に記載の器具。 - 該起上台が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ペルフルオロエラストマー、フルオロエラストマー、ニトリル、ネオプレン、ポリウレタン、シリコン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、スチレン−ブタジエン、ゴム、及びポリイソブチレンのうち、少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項19に記載の器具。
- 該内側面が複数の把持部材を備える、請求項19に記載の器具。
- 該把持スロットが、該医療機器の把持性能を高め、剥離が低減するために、該少なくとも一つの把持部材を有する該内側面によって画定された所定の形状を有する、請求項19に記載の器具。
