Abstract
Description
1.インピーダンスマッチングは本質的ではあるが、小さなアンテナの一定の面積についいて最適な性能を保証する訳ではない。
2.1/4波長のアンテナは、一定の面積について最適なアンテナのように見える。
3.1及び2を仮定すると、面積は最も重要な因子のように見える。
4.スパイラルアンテナ形状は、インピーダンスを整合させるのが容易であるので好ましい。
5.最も狭いトレース(幅)が最適であるように見える。
6.最も薄いトレース(高さ)が最適であるように見える。
7.導体長さを増加することは、エネルギー取得に何の利益ももたらさないように見える。
8.マイクロ−ストリップラインフィードは、プローブフィードよりも優れている。
9.アンテナの下に接地板があるべきではない。
10.インピーダンスマッチングを考慮すると、方形スパイラルは、方形パッチよりも好ましい。
11.タンクの抵抗と、インピーダンスの不整合で反射された負荷の電力は、双方共に、小さなアンテナの実効面積を増加させるように見える。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つのアンテナと、前記アンテナによって空間から取得されたエネルギーを受け取って前記アンテナと共に動作する回路構成とを有しており、前記アンテナの実効面積は、その物理的面積よりも大きいワイヤレスアンテザードデバイス。
- 集積回路チップ及びプリント回路基板からなる群より選択される、請求項1のワイヤレスアンテザードデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアンテナは集積されたアンテナである、請求項2のワイヤレスアンテザードデバイス。
- 前記ワイヤレスアンテザードデバイスは集積回路チップである、請求項1のワイヤレスアンテザードデバイス。
- 前記アンテナは、前記チップ上に集積されて形成されている、請求項4の集積回路チップ。
- 前記アンテナは、RFエネルギーを受け取って、それを前記回路構成に供給するように構成されている、請求項5の集積回路チップ。
- 前記回路構成は、前記RFエネルギーを、電子機器を給電する直流に変換するように構成されている、請求項6の集積回路チップ。
- データを送信する第2の集積アンテナを含む、請求項6の集積回路チップ。
- 前記アンテナはスパイラルアンテナである、請求項6の集積回路。
- 前記スパイラルアンテナは方形スパイラルアンテナである、請求項6の集積回路。
- 前記回路構成は、アンテナの実効面積をその物理的面積よりも大きくするタンク回路を有している、請求項4の集積回路。
- アンテナの長さは、RFエネルギーの約1/4波長である、請求項9の集積回路。
- 前記アンテナには、マイクロストリップフィードラインが接続されている、請求項4の集積回路。
- 前記回路構成から送られるDC電力で給電されるように構成されたシステムを前記チップ上に含む、請求項4の集積回路。
