― 水溶性第3級アミンオキシドにおいてセルロース溶液を成型する工程と;
― 上記成型された溶液を沈殿させる工程と;
― このようにして得られた上記成型体を洗浄する工程と;
― 上記成型体を乾燥させる工程と;
を含み,
乾燥前に,キトソニウム(chitosonium)ポリマーをセルロース溶液および/または前記溶液の前駆体に加え,および/または成型体をキトソニウムポリマーで処理し,かつキトソニウムポリマーは実質的に標準的な原液に完全に溶解可能であることを特徴とするアミンオキシド製法によるセルロース成型体の製造方法により達成される。
標準的な原液は,パルプ,安定剤,NMMO(60%水溶液)さらにそれぞれの添加剤(キトソニウムポリマー)を含有する懸濁液より,本来知られている方法で製造される。
オリンパスBH−2型顕微鏡で,偏光フィルターを100倍の倍率にして溶液の質を評価する。
保水値は繊維の膨張による一定量の吸湿として決定され,乾燥重量のパーセントで表される。

セルロース溶液(紡糸塊)を「標準的な原液の精製」の項で述べたように精製する。

NMMO75.4%/水10.3%/パルプ12.8%/キトサン−オリゴ糖の塩化物1.29%
乾燥繊維0.5gをLanaset Marine R(セルロースに対し)0.5%で浴比1:20,温度80℃の下1時間洗浄し,乾燥させて毛羽を立てた。試料を,Cielab色測定器を用いて白基準と比較する。

実施例1.2で述べたように,セルロースに対し塩化キトサン2%含有のリヨセル繊維を製造した。
キトサンオリゴマー,Primex Lot. No. G020418−1Kを,以下の実施例で用いた。
湿度 8.3%
灰分 6%
脱アセチル化の割合 40%
平均分子量 1.133kDa
重合度DP 12.7
N含有率 6.46%
繊維試料0.05gとフルオレセインイソチオシアネート溶液1gとを混合する。この溶液は以下のようにして精製される。エタノール1ml中のフルオレセインイソチオシアネート10mgの原液を酢酸/酢酸ナトリウム緩衝液で1:10000の比で希釈する。繊維をこの溶液に混ぜ,1時間処理し,脱イオン化された水で5回,エタノールで1回洗浄して60℃で乾燥させ,40倍の倍率で蛍光顕微鏡(オリンパスBX51)を用い観察する。緑の蛍光性着色によりキトサンは識別可能である。
キトサンオリゴ糖の塩化物 2型,Primex Lot. No. G000825−4K,N含有率6.183%を,以下の実施例で用いた。
・アルカリ処理して(浴比1:20,室温で15分間,ソーダ20g/l)洗浄する,または
・蒸気に当ててアルカリ処理し,洗浄する。
キトサンオリゴマー 2型,Primex Lot. No. G020304−2Kを,以下の実施例で用いた。
湿度 10%
灰分 0.72%
脱アセチル化の割合 77%
平均分子量 4.06kDa
N含有率 7.03%
実施例5に記載のように決して乾燥しないリヨセル繊維を,キトサンオリゴ糖の塩化物溶液に含浸し,1barの力で絞り出した。
Claims (14)
- アミンオキシド製法によるセルロース成型体の製造方法であって,以下の:
― 水溶性第3級アミンオキシドにおいてセルロース溶液を成型する工程と;
― 前記成型された溶液を沈殿させる工程と;
― このようにして得られた前記成型体を洗浄する工程と;
― 前記成型体を乾燥させる工程と;
を含み,
乾燥前に,
キトソニウム(chitosonium)ポリマーをセルロース溶液および/または前記溶液の前駆体に加え,
および/または成型体をキトソニウムポリマーで処理し,かつキトソニウムポリマーは実質的に標準的な原液に完全に溶解可能であることを特徴とするセルロース成型体の製造方法。 - セルロースの1重量%から50重量%,好ましくは1重量%から10重量%で,キトソニウムポリマーをセルロース溶液または前記溶液の前駆体にそれぞれ加えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の製造方法。
- キトソニウムポリマーを粉末状で加えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の製造方法。
- キトソニウムポリマーを溶液または懸濁液状で加えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の製造方法。
- 成型体をキトソニウムポリマーの溶液または懸濁液で処理することを特徴とする請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 溶液または懸濁液は,キトソニウムポリマーを0.1重量%から10重量%,好ましくは0.5重量%から3重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の製造方法。
- 成型体を,乾燥前または乾燥後にアルカリ処理することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 成型体を,乾燥前または乾燥後に過熱蒸気で処理することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 成型体を,乾燥前または乾燥後に架橋剤で処理することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- キトソニウムポリマーは,酢酸キトソニウム,塩化キトソニウム,クエン酸キトソニウム および乳酸キトソニウムからなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- セルロース成型体は繊維の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 実質的に標準的な原液に完全に溶解可能であるキトソニウムポリマーを含むことを特徴とする第3級アミンオキシドにおけるセルロース溶液。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかの製造方法により得られる成型体。
- 繊維の形態である請求項13記載の成型体。
