Abstract
Description
本照射装置10において、動力の強度は壁の表面でキャビテーションが生じることがなく、従って管12の腐食が起こらない強度である。にもかかわらず、動力の強度は飽和溶液における核生成を確実に生じるのに十分である。

Claims (8)
- 結晶物質の製造方法であって、該方法が物質の飽和溶液を製造し、溶液の温度を変化させてそれを過飽和とし、該溶液に強い強度の超音波を照射し、この場合溶液が過飽和であるときにのみ超音波を照射し、かつ結晶が生成されるまで超音波を照射し、次いで照射せずに溶液中で結晶を成長させることを含む方法。
- 10秒を越えない時間溶液に超音波を照射する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 周囲及び長手方向に伸びる配置で管の壁に取り付けられた複数の超音波振動子を使用して管の中で過飽和溶液に超音波を照射し、各振動子は信号発生器に結合して振動子が3W/cm2を越えない照射をし、振動子は相互に十分に近接し、かつ振動子の数は管内の動力損失が25〜150W/リットルとなるように十分に多い、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 超音波の集中が生じないように超音波が照射される、先の請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 隣接する振動子の群に次から次へと動力を供給することによって集中を防止する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 隣接する振動子又は隣接する群の振動子に異なった周波数で動力を供給することによって集中を防止する、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 結晶物質がアスパルテームである、先の請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 結晶物質がアミノ酸である、先の請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
