Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 適切なカチオン成分を供給する第四級アンモニウム、ホスホニウム、イミダゾリウム、またはピリジニウムハライドと、適切なアニオン成分を供給する酸またはその塩とのアニオン交換反応によるイオン性液体の製造方法であって、上記反応が、超音波処理の下で実施される方法。
- ハライドのカチオン成分が、イミダゾリウムまたはピリジニウムカチオン、好ましくは、1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム、1−(n−ブチル)−3−メチルイミダゾリウム、もしくは1−メチル−3−(n−プロピル)−イミダゾリウムハライド、またはそれぞれ1−(n−ブチル)−ピリジニウムハライドである、請求項1記載の方法。
- ハライドが、クロリド、ブロミド、またはヨージド、好ましくはクロリドである、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- その酸またはその塩のアニオン成分が、テトラフルオロボラート、ヘキサフルオロホスファート、またはトリフルオロメタン−スルホナートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 酸またはその塩のカチオン成分が、アンモニウム、アルカリ金属、または銀、好ましくはアンモニウムまたは銀である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 超音波処理を、少なくとも約20kHzの周波数、好ましくは約20〜約100kHzの周波数、最も好ましくは約30〜約50kHzの周波数で行う、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 反応を、乾燥雰囲気下の無水溶媒中で実施する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶媒が、反応体および所望の反応生成物に対して不活性であり、かつ脂肪族ケトンまたは脂肪族、脂環式もしくは芳香族炭化水素である有機溶媒である、請求項7記載の方法。
- 溶媒が、アセトン、ジエチルケトン、ヘプタン、シクロヘキサン、またはトルエンである、請求項8記載の方法。
- 反応を、約0〜約40℃、好ましくは約10〜約30℃、最も好ましくはほぼ室温で実施する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 用いる反応体第四級アンモニウム、ホスホニウム、イミダゾリウム、またはピリジニウムハライド:酸または塩のモル比が、約1:1〜約1:1.1である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第四級アンモニウム、ホスホニウム、イミダゾリウム、またはピリジニウムハライド反応体に対する溶媒の比が、溶媒約0.5〜10ml:ハライド反応体1mmolである、請求項7〜11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
