Abstract
Description

すなわち、本発明は、次の成分(a)及び(b);

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lipstick overcoat, and more particularly, to a lipstick overcoat which has good usability, and which is applied to a lipstick after application to maintain the cosmetic effect of the lipstick and improve gloss.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, lipstick overcoats have been commercialized for the purpose of maintaining the cosmetic effect of lipstick and improving luster. These lipstick overcoats are prepared by blending a high molecular compound with an aqueous or alcoholic compound and utilizing the characteristics of the high molecular compound, or in the form of a powder or press composed mainly of a powder mixed with oil. Met. (See, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2)
Recently, a combination of a fluorine-based oil or silicone oil and a powder such as silica, alumina or titanium oxide has been proposed, and a function of preventing color transfer of lipstick has been realized. (See, for example, Patent Documents 3, 4, 5, and 6)

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although these lipstick overcoats are satisfactory in terms of the persistence of the cosmetic effect, they are not necessarily satisfactory in usability and gloss.
The problem of stickiness occurs when using a high molecular weight compound, the unevenness of the effect depends on the method of application when using a powdery material, and the gloss decreases with time when using a fluorine-based oil. In some cases, spots occurred. In particular, in recent years, consumers have been increasing demands for the finish of a cosmetic film that emphasizes luster as well as the continuation of the cosmetic effect.
Therefore, development of a lipstick overcoat which has good usability and is excellent in luster while maintaining the cosmetic effect of lipstick has been desired.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies in view of such circumstances, and as a result, have found that an oil component containing a dextrin fatty acid ester and / or a fructooligosaccharide fatty acid ester and a glycerin fatty acid ester and having a viscosity at 30 ° C. adjusted to 10 to 1000 mPa · s. It has been found that by using in combination with a specific amount, it is possible to obtain a lipstick overcoat which is excellent in usability and excellent in luster while maintaining the cosmetic effect of the lipstick.
That is, the present invention provides the following components (a) and (b):
(A) 1 to 20% by mass of dextrin fatty acid ester and / or fructooligosaccharide fatty acid ester,
(B) 80 to 99% by mass of an oily component containing at least 5% by mass or more of glycerin fatty acid ester and having a viscosity at 30 ° C of 10 to 1000 mPa · s;
The present invention provides a lipstick overcoat containing
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The dextrin fatty acid ester and / or fructooligosaccharide ester of the component (a) used in the lipstick overcoat of the present invention is blended to impart thixotropic properties to the oil component of the component (b). That is, in a stationary state such as during storage, the viscosity can be increased by the component (a), and good temporal stability can be maintained without causing separation, waste liquid, and the like. Depending on the viscosity of the oil component of b), the usability can be improved. Further, after the application, the viscosity of the stationary state is recovered by the characteristics of the component (a), and the cosmetic effect can be maintained.
[0007]
The dextrin fatty acid ester of the component (a) is an oil-soluble, straight- or branched-chain saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 8 to 24 (preferably 14 to 18) carbon atoms and an average degree of polymerization of 10 to 50 (preferably 20). To 30) are ester compounds with dextrin.
Specific examples include dextrin palmitate, dextrin palmitate / 2-ethylhexanoate, dextrin stearate, dextrin palmitate / stearate, dextrin oleate, dextrin isopalmitate, dextrin isostearate, and the like. Species or two or more species can be used.
Examples of commercially available products include dextrin palmitate (Leopearl KL, Leopal TL) and dextrin palmitate / 2-ethylhexanoate (Leopearl TT) (all manufactured by Chiba Milling Co., Ltd.).
[0008]
Specific examples of the fructooligosaccharide fatty acid ester of the component (a) include those described in JP-A-3-197409 and JP-A-2002-193732.
An ester compound of a straight-chain or branched-chain saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 8 to 32 carbon atoms and a fructooligosaccharide, and the average molecular weight of the fructooligosaccharide is preferably in the range of 300 to 10,000. Can be used. Commercially available products include Leopearl ISK (manufactured by Chiba Flour Milling Co., Ltd.).
[0009]
The dextrin fatty acid ester and / or fructo-oligosaccharide ester of the component (a) may be used alone or in combination with the lipstick overcoat of the present invention.
The compounding amount of the component (a) is 1 to 20% by mass (hereinafter simply referred to as "%") in the lipstick overcoat, and is preferably compounded in the range of 3 to 15%.
If it is less than 1%, the viscosity of the product of the present invention at rest is too low, and the makeup of the lipstick overcoat itself is poor. As a result, the cosmetic effect of the lipstick is not maintained. It is not preferable because a gloss cannot be obtained.
[0010]
The component (b) used in the lipstick overcoat of the present invention is an oily component containing at least 5% by mass or more of glycerin fatty acid ester and having a viscosity at 30 ° C of 10 to 1000 mPa · s (hereinafter, simply referred to as “oil of specific viscosity”). This is abbreviated as “component”), and is blended to form a cosmetic film as a lipstick overcoat and to give a luster.
[0011]
The glycerin fatty acid ester is not particularly limited, but is preferably a liquid at 30 ° C. For example, polyglyceryl diisostearate, polyglyceryl triisostearate, glyceryl tetraisostearate, glyceryl trioctanoate, glyceryl triisostearate, glyceryl diisostearate and the like can be mentioned. This is because, if it is solid, it may be difficult to obtain a sufficient gloss.
The glycerin fatty acid ester is blended in the oil component having a specific viscosity of the component (b) in an amount of 5% to 100%, preferably 10% to 95%. When blended in this range, gloss is further improved.
[0012]
The oil component having a specific viscosity of the component (b) may contain an oil component usually used in cosmetics in addition to the glycerin fatty acid ester. However, at 30 ° C., it is necessary to adjust to 10 to 1000 mPa · s. If the viscosity is less than 10 mPa · s, the luster is inferior. If the viscosity is more than 1000 mPa · s, the product of the present invention is undesirably mixed with the lipstick when applied on the lipstick.
Here, in the present invention, the viscosity is a value measured by a B-type viscometer, for example, a single cylindrical rotational viscometer Bistron VS-A1 (manufactured by Shibaura System Co., Ltd.).
[0013]
Oils other than the glycerin fatty acid ester used for the component (b) include hydrocarbons, oils and fats, waxes, hardened oils, ester oils, fatty acids, higher alcohols, silicone oils, fluorine oils, Lanolin derivatives and the like can be used, and liquid paraffin, heavy liquid isoparaffin, α-olefin oligomer, squalane, petrolatum, polyisobutylene, polybutene, ceresin wax, microcrystalline wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax, polyethylene wax, ethylene propylene copolymer , Oils such as olive oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, mink oil, macadamian nut oil, beeswax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, waxes such as gay wax, mocro, octanoic acid Isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, octyldodecyl myristate, neopentyl glycol dioctanoate, cholesterol fatty acid esters, esters such as diisostearyl malate, stearic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, behenic acid, isostearic acid, Fatty acids such as oleic acid, higher alcohols such as stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol, oleyl alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, and behenyl alcohol, low polymerization degree dimethylpolysiloxane, high polymerization degree dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, deca Methylcyclopentasiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, polyether-modified polysiloxane, polyoxyalkylene / alkylmethylpolysiloxane Silicones such as polysiloxane / methylpolysiloxane copolymer, alkoxy-modified polysiloxane, cross-linked organopolysiloxane, and fluorine-modified polysiloxane; fluorinated oils such as perfluorodecane, perfluorooctane, and perfluoropolyether; lanolin And lanolin derivatives such as lanolin acetate, isopropyl lanolin fatty acid, and lanolin alcohol.
[0014]
The compounding amount of the component (b) is 80 to 99%, and if the compounding amount is less than 80%, the persistence of the makeup effect of gloss and lipstick is inferior. If the compounding amount exceeds 99%, the component (a) used in combination is used. Cannot be sufficiently exhibited, which is not preferable.
[0015]

[0018]
The lipstick overcoat of the present invention is used on the lipstick applied to the lips, and can exhibit its function and effect on any type of lipstick. Among them, it is suitable for a lipstick containing a silicone compound or a fluorine compound, and particularly suitable for a lipstick containing a volatile oil component.
Silicone compounds and fluorine compounds are sometimes compounded with the expectation that the lipstick will maintain the cosmetic effect, and lipsticks containing these compounds may not be sufficiently glossy and the finish of the cosmetic film may be insufficient. . This tendency is remarkable in lipsticks containing a volatile oil component, and the gloss at the time of applying the lipstick is low, but the gloss may further decrease over time. Therefore, the present invention is more suitable for improving the gloss of these lipsticks.
[0019]
The silicone compound referred to here includes linear polysiloxanes such as dimethylpolysiloxane and methylphenylpolysiloxane, cyclic polysiloxanes such as octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, fluorine-modified silicone, and polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone. And alkyl glyceryl ether-modified silicones.
A fluorine compound is a liquid oil agent having a perfluoroalkyl group such as perfluoropolyether, and a volatile oil component is a volatile silicone such as octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane or decamethylcyclopentasiloxane or a low boiling point isoparaffin or the like. Shows volatile hydrocarbons.

As is clear from the results in Table 1, the lipstick overcoat of the present invention had good gloss, excellent usability, and maintained the cosmetic effect of the lipstick applied under the lipstick overcoat.
On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1 in which another gelling agent was blended in place of the component (a), the blending amount of the component (a) was larger than the upper limit in the present invention particularly in terms of luster and usability. In Example 2, gloss and usability were not satisfactory. In Comparative Example 3 in which the glycerin fatty acid ester of the component (b) was not blended, particularly in terms of luster, Comparative Example 4 in which the viscosity of the component (b) deviated from the specific value in the present invention was particularly useful and cosmetic. In terms of effect, I was not satisfied. Furthermore, Comparative Example 5 in which the blending amount of the glycerin fatty acid ester in the component (b) is small, the blending amount of the component (a) and the viscosity of the component (b) are out of the range of the present invention, and the glycerin fatty acid ester is blended. Comparative Example 6 was not satisfactory in all respects. Further, in Comparative Example 7 using dimethylpolysiloxane and Comparative Example 8 using perfluoropolyether instead of the component (b), the prescription components were not uniformly mixed, so that a lipstick overcoat could be prepared. could not.
[0027]
The lipstick overcoat shown in Example 1 was applied to the right half, and the left half was evaluated as it was, after applying (2) conventional lipstick and (3) silicone compound-containing lipstick shown below. The person to whom the overcoat was applied had good gloss and smooth elongation during use, and both the conventional lipstick and the silicone compound-containing lipstick had a long-lasting cosmetic effect.
Furthermore, when comparing the effect of the lipstick overcoat on each lipstick, particularly in terms of luster and usability, the uncoated areas in the order of (1) lipstick containing volatile oil> (3) lipstick containing silicone compound> (2) conventional lipstick And the difference was clear.
Therefore, the lipstick overcoat according to the present invention has an excellent effect on any type of lipstick, and further, a lipstick containing a volatile oil component, and a lipstick containing a silicone compound. It had a remarkable effect.
