Description
【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】 ２個までの水素原子を含有し、約０℃〜約１５０℃の範囲の沸点を有するフッ素化ケトン化合物を含む、少なくとも１種の不燃性組成物を消火するのに十分な量で炎に適用するステップを含む、消火する方法。
【請求項２】 ａ）フッ素化ケトンが、塩素、臭素、ヨウ素、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される２個までのハロゲン原子をさらに含有するか、または
ｂ）フッ素化ケトンが合計４〜８個の炭素原子を有するか、または
ｃ）フッ素化ケトンが約０℃〜約１１０℃の沸点を有するか、または
ｄ）フッ素化ケトンが、Ｃ ２ Ｆ ５ Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ ３ ） ２ 、ＣＦ３ＣＦ２Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、（ＣＦ３）２ＣＦＣ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、ＣＦ３（ＣＦ２）２Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、ＣＦ３（ＣＦ２）３Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、ＣＦ３（ＣＦ２）５Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ３、ＣＦ３ＣＦ２Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ２ＣＦ２ＣＦ３、ＣＦ３Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、ペルフルオロシクロヘキサノン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも１種の化合物である、
上記少なくとも１つを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の方法。
【請求項３】 ２個までの水素原子を含有し、任意に塩素、臭素、ヨウ素およびそれらの混合物から選択される２個までのハロゲン原子を有し、任意にフッ素化ケトンの炭素主鎖に割り込む１個以上の連鎖されたヘテロ原子を含有する、フッ素化ケトン化合物を含む不燃性消火組成物を可燃材を含有する空気含有密閉領域に導入するステップと、
前記組成物を密閉領域内の可燃材の燃焼を抑制するのに十分な量に維持するステップと、
を含む、可燃材を含有する空気含有密閉領域において燃焼または爆燃を防止する方法。
【請求項４】 組成物が、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、ヒドロクロロフルオロカーボン、ペルフルオロカーボン、ペルフルオロポリエーテル、ヒドロフルオロエーテル、ヒドロフルオロポリエーテル、クロロフルオロカーボン、ブロモフルオロカーボン、ブロモクロロフルオロカーボン、ヨードフルオロカーボン、ヒドロブロモフルオロカーボン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも１種の消火助剤をさらに含む、請求項１または３に記載の方法。
【請求項５】 周囲温度または高温において、適切な有機溶剤中でアルカリ金属過マンガン酸塩でフッ素化ケトンを処理するステップを含む、フッ素化ケトンから二量体または三量体の副生成物を除去する方法。
【請求項６】 ａ）処理ステップが密封容器内で実施されるか、または
ｂ）有機溶剤が酢酸を含有するか、または
ｃ）処理が高温で実施される、
上記の少なくとも１つを更に特徴とする、請求項５に記載の方法。
【請求項７】 （ａ）ハロゲン化アシルの最初の部分を反応容器に装填するステップと、
（ｂ）ヘキサフルオロプロピレンおよび残りのハロゲン化アシルを長時間にわたり連続して、または長時間にわたり少しづつ添加するステップと、
を含む、ハロゲン化アシルをヘキサフルオロプロピレンと反応させて、最小量の二量体および三量体副生成物を有するフッ素化ケトンを作る方法。
【請求項１】 ２個までの水素原子を含有し、約０℃〜約１５０℃の範囲の沸点を有するフッ素化ケトン化合物を含む、少なくとも１種の不燃性組成物を消火するのに十分な量で炎に適用するステップを含む、消火する方法。
【請求項２】 ａ）フッ素化ケトンが、塩素、臭素、ヨウ素、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される２個までのハロゲン原子をさらに含有するか、または
ｂ）フッ素化ケトンが合計４〜８個の炭素原子を有するか、または
ｃ）フッ素化ケトンが約０℃〜約１１０℃の沸点を有するか、または
ｄ）フッ素化ケトンが、Ｃ ２ Ｆ ５ Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ ３ ） ２ 、ＣＦ３ＣＦ２Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、（ＣＦ３）２ＣＦＣ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、ＣＦ３（ＣＦ２）２Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、ＣＦ３（ＣＦ２）３Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、ＣＦ３（ＣＦ２）５Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ３、ＣＦ３ＣＦ２Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ２ＣＦ２ＣＦ３、ＣＦ３Ｃ（Ｏ）ＣＦ（ＣＦ３）２、ペルフルオロシクロヘキサノン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも１種の化合物である、
上記少なくとも１つを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の方法。
【請求項３】 ２個までの水素原子を含有し、任意に塩素、臭素、ヨウ素およびそれらの混合物から選択される２個までのハロゲン原子を有し、任意にフッ素化ケトンの炭素主鎖に割り込む１個以上の連鎖されたヘテロ原子を含有する、フッ素化ケトン化合物を含む不燃性消火組成物を可燃材を含有する空気含有密閉領域に導入するステップと、
前記組成物を密閉領域内の可燃材の燃焼を抑制するのに十分な量に維持するステップと、
を含む、可燃材を含有する空気含有密閉領域において燃焼または爆燃を防止する方法。
【請求項４】 組成物が、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、ヒドロクロロフルオロカーボン、ペルフルオロカーボン、ペルフルオロポリエーテル、ヒドロフルオロエーテル、ヒドロフルオロポリエーテル、クロロフルオロカーボン、ブロモフルオロカーボン、ブロモクロロフルオロカーボン、ヨードフルオロカーボン、ヒドロブロモフルオロカーボン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも１種の消火助剤をさらに含む、請求項１または３に記載の方法。
