Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第1の出口を有する第1の配分室であって、液体が第1の規定レベル以 上に前記第1の配分室を満たすように添加される場合に、余分の液体を前記第1 の出口を通して排出すれるようにして前記第1の規定レベルまで液体を充填可能 である前記第1の配分室と、 液体を前記第1の配分室に分配する入口流路と、 前記第1の出口から前記第1の配分室の液体を運ぶ第1の電極ベースのポンプ とを含むことを特徴とする配分システム。 2. 第2の出口を有する第2の配分室であって、液体が第2の規定レベル以 上に前記第2の配分室を満たすように添加される場合に、余分の液体を前記第2 の出口を通して排出するようにして第2の規定レベルまで液体を充填可能な第2 の配分室と、 前記第2の出口から前記第2の配分室の液体を運ぶ第2の電極ベースのポンプ とを更に含み、 前記入口流路が液体を前記第1の配分室と前記第2の配分室とに分配すること を特徴とする請求項1に記載された配分システム。 3. 前記入口流路が液体源とドッキングするように設計されていることを特 徴とする請求項1または2に記載された配分システム。 4. 前記配分システムが相互に密封された少なくとも2個の平坦な基板から 作られていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された配分システ ム。 5. 入口が形成され、該入口を通して電極ベースのポンプへのリード線が形 成されている第1の平坦な基板を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載された配 分システム。 6. 配分室がその中に形成されている第2の平坦な基板を含むことを特徴と する請求項5に記載された配分システム。 7. 配分室からの出口が前記第1の平坦基板の下面に形成されたスルースと 、前記第2の平坦基板を通して形成された流路とを含むことを特徴とする請求項 6 に記載された配分システム。 8. 前記第1および第2の平坦な基板がガラスから形成されていることを特 徴とする請求項4に記載された配分システム。 9. 前記第1の配分室が選定された液体で充填され、前記第1の電極ベース のポンプが作動するとプラスマイナス10%の再現性のある第1の等分量をポン ピングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された配分システム。 10.少なくとも4個の配分室と対応する電極ベースポンプを含むことを特徴 とする請求項2に記載された配分システム。 11.少なくとも8個の配分室とそれに対応する電極ベースのポンプとを含む ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載された配分システム。 12.請求項1に記載された複数の配分システムを含み、第1と第2の縁部を 有し、複数の均一サイズのウエルが上面に形成されている受け取りトレイと共に 作動するように設計された配分カセットであって、反応セルの密度が少なくとも 約1cm2当たり約10個のセルである配分カセットであって、 前記受け取りトレイと対応のカセットとが、前記配分システムからの第1の出 口が全ての、すなわちサブセットのウエルと特有の整合をするように整合可能で あることを特徴とする配分カセット。 13.請求項2に記載された複数の配分システムを含み、第1と第2の縁部を 有し、複数の均一サイズのウエルが上面に形成されている受け取りトレイと共に 作動するように設計されて配分カセットであって、反応セルの密度が少なくとも 1cm2当たり約10セルである配分カセットであって、 前記受け取りトレイと配分カセットが、前記配分システムからの全ての第1の 出口あるいは前記配分システムからの全ての第2の出口が全ての、すなわちサブ セットのウエルの入口と特有の整合をするように整合可能であることを特徴とす る配分カセット。 14.前記カセットの第1の縁部における第1のマーカであって、受け取りト レイに対してカセットを方向付けるマーカを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1 2または請求項13に記載された配分カセット。
