Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体電解質と、カソード及びNi含有アノードからなるプレーナー型燃料電 池用の電気インターコネクタデバイスであって、 上記インターコネクタデバイスが、一方の面上に設けられた燃料ガス用流通溝と 、上記面の表面に上記アノードと接触するように形成された耐酸化コーティング 膜とを有するCr含有板状基板からなり、 上記コーティング膜が、Ni、Ag以外の貴金属、又はこれら金属の1種以上か らなる合金を含み、アノードと電気的に接触する外側の酸素バリア層と、上記基 板と上記外側の酸素バリア層の間にあり、Nb、Ta、Ag又はこれら金属の1 種以上からなる合金を含む導電性の金属バリア層とからなる電気インターコネク タデバイス。 2.上記外側の酸素バリア層が、金属又はNi、Pt、Pd、AU、Ir、Rh 及びRuの中の1種以上の金属の合金からなる請求項1記載の電気インターコネ クタデバイス。 3.上記外側の酸素バリア層が、Ni又はPt、又はNi及びPtの少なくとも 1種を含む合金からなる請求項1記載の電気インターコネクタデバイス。 4.上記外側の酸素バリア層の厚さが、約0.5から約100ミクロン、好まし くは約1から約50ミクロン、さらに好ましくは約5から約20ミクロンである 請求項1記載の電気インターコネクタデバイス。 5.上記金属バリア層の厚さが、約0.5から約100ミクロン、好ましくは約 1から約50ミクロン、さらに好ましくは約5から約15ミクロンである請求項 1記載の電気インターコネクタデバイス。 6.上記金属バリア層がNbからなり、上記外側の酸素バリア層がNiからなる 請求項1記載の電気インターコネクタデバイス。 7.上記金属バリア層の厚さが約10ミクロン、そして上記外側の酸素バリア層 の厚さが約15ミクロンである請求項6記載の電気インターコネクタデバイス。 8.上記金属バリア層がTa、そして上記外側の酸素バリア層がPtからなる請 求項1記載の電気インターコネクタデバイス。 9.上記金属バリア層の厚さが約10ミクロン、そして上記外側の酸素バリア層 の厚さが約15ミクロンである請求項8記載の電気インターコネクタデバイス。 10.上記Cr含有基板が、ジーメンス-プランセ(Siemens−Plan see)合金から形成される請求項1記載の電気インターコネクタデバイス。 11.固体電解質、カソード、Ni含有アノード及び該アノードと電気的に接触 した請求項1記載のインターコネクタデバイスとを含むプレーナー型燃料電池ア センブリー。 12.上記Ni含有アノードがNi/ZrO2サーメットからなる請求項11記 載のプレーナー型燃料電池アセンブリー。
