(A)水性下塗り被覆組成物(i)で被覆した支持体表面上に、塗膜 形成剤として水性ポリマー分散液を含有する水性下塗り被覆組成物(ii)を塗 布し、 (B)工程(A)で得られた組成物に適切な透明上塗り被覆組成物を塗布し、 かつ (C)下塗り被覆組成物(i)および(ii)を上塗り被覆組成物と一緒に焼 き付ける、 多層被覆を支持体表面上に製造する方法において、下塗り被覆組成物(ii)が 、 (x)C1〜C8−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマー30〜60重量%、 ビニル芳香族モノマー30〜60重量%および(メタ)アクリル酸0.5〜10 重量%をベースとするアクリレートポリマーおよび (y)(C1〜C6)−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび(メタ)アクリル 酸をベースとするアクリレートコポリマーを含有する非会合性増粘剤 を含有する水性ポリマー分散液を含有することを特徴とする、多層被覆の製造方 法。 2.(D)塗膜形成剤として水性ポリマー分散液を含有する、水性被覆組成物 (ii)を用いて下塗り塗料層(II)を修復し、 (E)工程(D)で得られた被覆を適切な透明上塗 り被覆組成物で被覆し、かつ (F)被覆組成物(ii)を上塗り層と一緒に硬化させる 多層塗装を修復する方法において、下塗り被覆組成物(ii)が、 (x)C1〜C8−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマー30〜60重量%、 ビニル芳香族モノマー30〜60重量%および(メタ)アクリル酸0.5〜10 重量%をベースとするアクリレートポリマーおよび (y)(C1〜C6)−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび(メタ)アクリル 酸をベースとするアクリレートコポリマーを含有する、非会合性増粘剤 を含有する水性ポリマー分散液を含有することを特徴とする、多層塗装の修復方 法。 3.成分(y)が、固体含量2.0〜20重量%、有利には7.0〜15重量 %を有するアクリレート分散液を含有する、請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.成分(x)のC1〜C8−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとして、 メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)ア クリレートおよび2−エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートを使用する、請求項 1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 5.ビニル芳香族モノマーとしてスチレン、α−アルキルスチレンおよびビニ ルトルエンを使用する、請 求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.成分(y)のアクリレートコポリマーがモノマー単位として、(メタ)ア クリル酸および少なくとも2つの異なったアクリレートモノマーを含有し、その 際に(メタ)アクリル酸が、コポリマー全体の量に対して、有利に40重量%〜 60重量%、特に有利には46重量%〜55重量%の量で含有されており、かつ (C1〜C6)−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーIが、有利には30重量 %〜50重量%、特に36重量%〜46重量%の量で、および(メタ)アクリレ ートポリマーIIが有利に1重量%〜10重量%、特に2重量%〜8重量%の量 で、それぞれコポリマーの全体量に対して含有されている、請求項1から5まで のいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.別の結合剤としてエポキシ官能性化合物、特にグリシジル化合物、および /またはカルボキシ官能性化合物、特に3〜20個の炭素原子を有する直鎖の飽 和脂肪族ジカルボン酸、および/またはポリビニルアルコールが含有されている 、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 8.5〜25重量%の効果顔料、有機および/または無機着色顔料が含有され ている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.有機および/または無機着色顔料および成分Aが、固体含量に対して25 〜50重量%の量で含有さ れている、請求項7記載の方法。 10.効果顔料および成分Aが、固体含量に対して15〜30重量%の量で含 有されている、請求項8記載の方法。 11.水性下塗り被覆組成物(i)として、a)バインダーとして、酸価10 〜60を有し、かつ数平均分子量4000〜25000を有し、かつaa)数平 均分子量400〜5000を有するポリエステルポリオールおよび/またはポリ エーテルポリオールまたは前記のポリエステルポリオールおよび/またはポリエ ーテルポリオールからなる混合物、bb)ポリイソシアネートまたはポリイソシ アネートからなる混合物、cc)少なくとも1つの、イソシアネート基に対して 反応性の、および少なくとも1つの、アニオンを形成できる基を分子中に有する 化合物、または前記の化合物の混合物および場合によりdd)分子量40〜40 0を有し、ヒドロキシル基および/またはアミノ基を有する有機化合物または前 記の化合物の混合物を互いに反応させ、かつ生じた反応生成物を少なくとも部分 的に中和することにより製造できる、水で希釈可能なポリウレタン樹脂を含有し 、ならびに顔b)料および/または充填剤を含有し、その際にバインダー対顔料 の比は0.5:1〜1.5:1である塗料層組成物を使用する、請求項1から9 までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 12.透明な上塗り被覆組成物として、工程(D)および(G)で水または溶 剤ベースの透明塗料、粉末透明塗料、粉末スラリー透明塗料、溶剤含有および水 性2成分−透明塗料を使用する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方 法。 13. (A)水性被覆組成物(1)で被覆した支持体表面上に、塗膜形成剤 として水性ポリマー分散液を含有する水性被覆組成物(ii)を塗布し、 (B)工程(A)で得られた組成物上に適切な透明上塗り被覆組成物を塗布し 、かつ (C)被覆組成物(1)および(ii)を上塗り被覆組成物と一緒に焼き付け る ことにより被覆が支持体上に塗布される、多層被覆で被覆された支持体において 、下塗り被覆組成物(ii)が、 (x)C1〜C8−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマー30〜60重量%、 ビニル芳香族モノマー30〜60重量%および(メタ)アクリル酸0.5〜10 重量%をベースとするアクリレートポリマーおよび (y)(C1〜C6)−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび(メタ)アクリル 酸をベースとするアクリレートコポリマーを含有する非会合性増粘剤 を含有する水性ポリマー分散液を含有することを特徴とする、多層被覆で被覆さ れた支持体。
