Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1つの面が亜鉛メッキで被覆してある金属板からなる廃棄物の 再生方法で、前記廃棄物を以下の連続工程で処理することを特徴とする再生方法 : a)第一工程は、次工程において化成エッチング溶液と前記亜鉛層との接触性 を向上させることを目的として、前記亜鉛層の被覆箇所において前記化成エッチ ング溶液と接触可能な表面を増大させるために、前記廃棄物を粉砕して前記金属 板を切断し、かつ、前記亜鉛層に亀裂を生じさせる、前記廃棄物の機械処理工程 。 b)第二段階は、前記亜鉛を溶解させるために、前記廃棄物を塩基性溶液に浸 漬する化成エッチング工程。 c)第三工程は、前記亜鉛が溶解している前記化成エッチング溶液から、脱亜 鉛金属板を回収する工程。 2. 機械処理工程は、シュレッダーミルを用いて行い、所定の大きさのふるい を通過できる大きさにまで廃棄物を粉砕するものである請求項1記載の方法。 3. 化成エッチングは、廃棄物を水酸化ナトリウム溶液の槽に浸漬して行うも のである請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4. 工程c)の終了後に回収した金属板を、次に、洗浄工程で処理して、残存 塩基を完全に除去する請求項1、2又は3記載の方法。 5. 洗浄工程は、廃棄物を穴空き回転式洗浄ドラムの中に入れて行うものであ る請求項4記載の方法。 6. 亜鉛を除去した金属板を、次に、圧縮工程で処理する請求項1、2、3、 4又は5記載の方法。 7. 圧縮は、廃棄物の粉末化により行う請求項6記載の方法。 8. 溶解している亜鉛を陰極に電着させるために、化成エッチング溶液を回収 し電気分解で処理する請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 9. 陰極に電着した亜鉛を、前記陰極から連続的に脱離させる請求項8記載の 方法。 10. 陰極は、マグネシウムからなり、前記陰極に振動を与えることで、電着 した亜鉛を連続的に脱離できるものである請求項9記載の方法。 11. 陰極から脱離した亜鉛を懸濁液として含有する電解液を連続的に回収し た後、前記懸濁液を濃縮して亜鉛単体を回収する請求項9又は10記載の方法。 12. 脱亜鉛金属板として工場等で再利用できる金属板、及び/又は、金属亜 鉛単体を回収できるよう、自動車産業において、プレス工程等の、亜鉛メッキ金 属板から自動車を製造する種々の工程で、前記亜鉛メッキ金属板の破片として知 られている廃棄物を再生するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の方 法の使用。 13. 腐食を防止するために少なくとも1つの面が亜鉛メッキしてある金属板 からなる廃棄物を再生するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の方法 の使用。
