Brace according to claim 3, characterized in that said adjustable quick coupling means (22) comprise a tie rod (23), constrained at one end thereof to one of said pins (21) of the support (20) and bearing at the opposite end an element for hooking (24) to said support (20), as well as comprising a slot (25) constrained to said shoulder strap (13) and into which said tie rod (23) is returned.

5. Brace according to claims 4, characterized in that said tie rod (23) is stably retained in said slot (25).

6. Brace according to claim 5, characterized in that both said supports (20) are connected to said shoulder strap (13) by means of said quick coupling means (22).

Brace according to claim 2, characterized in that said front and rear belt portions (14A, 14B) of the primary support belt (14), said first auxiliary support belt (15) and said further auxiliary support belt ( 17) are connected to the relative pins (21) of said supports (20) by means of slots (26), suitable for receiving free ends of said belts (14, 15).

8. Brace according to claim 1, characterized in that at the end connected to said pocket (12), said first auxiliary support belt (15) is provided with an elastic element (16) stably fastened both to the front side and to the side rear of said pocket (12).

9. Brace according to claim 1, characterized in that said front and rear portions (14A, 14B) of said primary support belt (14) are part of a single primary support belt stably constrained on the lower side of said bag (12 ).

Brace according to claim 1, characterized in that said bag (12) comprises on the lower side, near the end facing the hand, a portion of fabric (18) which can be coupled with gripping means (19) provided with the free end of said further auxiliary support belt (17), for a Velcro ® type coupling.

11. Brace according to claim 1, characterized in that at least said auxiliary support straps (15, 17) are removable from said shoulder strap (13) to allow assembly on the opposite side of said shoulder strap (13) during the transformation from right brace to left brace or vice versa.

12. Brace according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said bag (12) is provided with an opening (27) at the end facing the elbow bearing adjustable closing means (28).

13. Brace according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said support belts (14, 15, 17) are adjustable in length and have ends provided with gripping means (19), said support belts (14, 15, 17) being in fabric which can be coupled with said attachment means (19) for a Velcro ® type coupling.
