Abstract

Si descrive un procedimento che consente di preparare sucralfato gel allo stato secco senza che esso perda le proprietà colloidali. inoltre, in considerazione del particolare tropismo di sucralfato gel verso la mucosa gastrica e delle sue proprietà di bioadesione, viene anche rivendicato l'uso di sucralfato gel secco come vettore per farmaci destinati al trattamento delle infezioni di Helicobacter pylori come antibiotici, antibatterici, antiinfiammatori, oppure per mantenere il più a lungo possibile nell'ambiente gastrico farmaci antisecretori come cimetidina, ranitidina, prostaglandine, omeprazolo.
