Abstract

Το παρόν σκεύασμα αφορά στέρεα φαρμακοτεχνική μορφή για χορήγηση διά στόματος αποτελούμενη από θεραπευτικά δραστική ποσότητα ενός αντιβακτηριακού παράγοντα οξαζολιδινόνης και συγκεκριμένα Λινεζολίδη με D90 μικρότερη των 75 μm, η οποία να παρουσιάζει φυσική και χημική σταθερότητα. Επίσης, η εφεύρεση αφορά και μια μέθοδο παρασκευής του ως άνω σκευάσματος.
