Abstract

Novelty: Method for the separation and management of two-phase olive stone, which separation is realized either during the operation of the olive oil factory functioning with a horizontal decanter (in both phases) or after the storage and transport of the two-phase high-humidity wet olive stone. Said method is characterised by a "screwable compression separator" added either to the production processing olive oil factory or to separate installations. Purpose: To produce solid low-humidity olive stone biomass and clean olive paste devoid of residues of olive stone, husk and foreign matters.
