881,349. Paper sheet package. SCHICKEDANZ, G., [trading as VEREINIGTE PAPIERWERKE SCHICKEDANZ & CO.]. May 7, 1959 [June 6, 1958], No. 15761/59. Class 94(1). A package of paper handkerchiefs, napkins &c. is formed by folding a web longitudinally and then to zig-zag form, weakening tearing cuts being provided along some or all of the transverse creases 12, 13, and enclosing the web in a wrapper 16, one edge of the wrapper being left open to provide a withdrawal slot. The slot edges 20, 21 may be reinforced by double folding, wire or card inserts to enable the web to be torn against chem. The tearing cuts may be of various shapes or arranged obliquely across the web. The wrapper may be formed from a web folded to the section shown in Fig. 3, about the stacks placed upon it the sides and ends then being secured by stitching &c.
