[Class 6 (i)] Agitation of the fertilizer or like container 2 is effected by a tapping lever 1 1 mounted by brackets 10 on the frame 1, engaged at one end by laterally projecting pins 9 on the disc 8a on the wheel axle 7 and spring-pressed at its other end 13 against the top of the container. Two or more such arrangements may be. mounted abreast. The container 2 has a perforated base associated with a perforated disc 15 which may be moved by a nut 14 against the action of a spring 19 to adjust or prevent discharge.
