Abstract

384,834. Wash-tubs. DICKINSON, A. C., 187, Inkerman Street, Preston. Jan. 29, 1932, No. 2684. [Class 138 (ii).] A portable wash-tub is divided into two compartments by means of a fixed transverse partition A<3> and is provided with a front wall which slopes inwardly from top to bottom. Bars, ribs, ridges or the like A<6> are formed on or are permanently secured to the front wall in one or both compartments. A closable draw-off A<4> is provided in each compartment and communicates with a main discharge pipe A<10>. A detachable or reversible lid A<13> serving as a draining board is provided for either or both compartments and is formed with clips All, A<12>. Soap receptacles A<7>, A<8> are formed in the corners of the tub. A wringer may be secured to the transverse partition.
