Abstract

26,769. Sclia, A. Nov. 21. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Gas-pressure sprayers.-In a liquid-fuel burner, a fuel tube w is provided with an elliptical block f, which fits within an elliptical aperture c, the block having a major axis equal in length to, and a minor axis shorter than, the corresponding axes of the orifice, so that upper and lower arcuate steam-supplying orifices c<1>, c<2> are formed, the lower being preferably of greater width than the upper. A small nozzle-piece t is provided in the tube w, against a shoulder g on which the block f is held by a nut v. The steam chamber z and block fare preferably of bronze and the tube w of steel.
