1426118 Dolls MARVIN GLASS & ASSOCIATES 18 June 1974 [3 Aug 1973] 26982/ 74 Heading A6S A doll has a generally flat body made from a soft material 22 such as cotton, &c enclosed by a fabric cover 24 so as to have a relatively substantial height and width but a relatively small depth to give the appearance of a two-dimensional figure, and includes legs 20 which are movable with respect to the body so that when they are spaced from each other, Fig. 1, the doll is self-supporting. Stitching 25b provides slight contours and the stitched seam 25a between the front and back covers, which are made of cloth, provides the outline of the doll. Clothes and shoes 26, 28 are either printed on the cover or sewn on using different coloured material. Separate clothes (12), Fig. 4 (not shown), of fabric or paper, having arm holes (30) and a tie ribbon (32), may be fitted to the doll's body.
