1467118 Fibre feeders E FEHRER 19 Nov 1975 [23 Dec 1974] 47671/75 Heading DIN A feeding apparatus for a non-woven fabric making machine comprises a belt conveyer 1 overlain by a covering belt conveyer 2, each conveyer being air permeable and the intervening space being fed with fibres through a duct 4 the fibres being retained in a mass 7 against a downstream retaining means, a light sensor 6 being provided to stop fibre feed when its beam is interrupted by accumulated material and an air nozzle 5 being provided which extends parallel to the belts and is located at the lower end of duct 4.
