Abstract

1337421 Cellufar concrete W T WILLIAMS 5 Nov 1970 [2 Jan 1970] 278/70 Heading C1H A foamed cement mass whose gas filled cells are 5-15Á diameter. It is obtained by mixing a foaming agent with gas and water, forcing the mixture through small channels, and then adding cement and water, the foaming agent being one that a 3% aqueous solution will expand 3 to 12 times when mixed with a gas. The agent should preferably contain protein. An inert filler, e.g. sand, fly ash, stone powder, clay singly or in any combination is optional.
