1332033 Screw conveyers B RASTOIN 12 Jan 1971 [23 Jan 1970] 1406/71 Heading B8A [Also in Division F1] A conveyer, for powdered, granular, fibrous or fluid material, comprises a flexible tube 4 with an inlet 5 from a hopper 1 controlled by a sliding obturator 8. A flexible rod 13, which may be fixed, free or rotated, lies inside two (or more) identical spirals 9, 10 rotated simultaneously in the same direction and at the same speed to feed the material to an outlet 6 leading to a hopper 2.
