Abstract

1,130,573. Centrifugal distributers. BLACKSTONE & CO. Ltd. 28 Oct., 1965 [30 Oct., 1964], No. 44342/64. Heading A1D, A centrifugal distributer comprises a hopper H fitted with an adjustable shutter which controls the amount of material leaving the hopper by means of an endless band 38. The material falls into a shoot 46 where it is divided into two streams for distribution by a rotor 37. A lever 102 operates a valve which closes either of the openings of the shoot. A lever 57 controls the position of the shutter on the hopper.
