Abstract

1,018,420. Lined boxes. CARTOTECNICA POLIGRAFICA A. & G. FRATELLI BIANCHI S.p.A. Sept. 17, 1963 [Sept. 22, 1962], No. 36616/63. Heading B8P. A lined box comprises an outer cardboard casing C (Fig. 2, not shown) with an inner sealed lining F of air-, moisture- or fatimpervious material fixed thereto by a plurality of adhesive strips 122, 124 whereby a hinged lid D may be torn from the cardboard casing along lines of perforation 108, 110 without tearing the lining 80 and may be re-closed by co-operation of a tongue 118 in a slit 11. The box is folded from a blank into tubular form with the ends overlapping at the opening edge and is frilled at one side prior to folding in and gluing the lining and side flaps.
