Abstract

1,204,091. Boxes. BAXTER LABORATORIES Inc. 26 Feb., 1969 [14 March, 1968], No. 10361/69. Heading B8P. A cardboard blank, Fig. 5, is folded at scores 15, 16, 17 to form a tube 22, Fig. 3, secured by a corner tape 29, end flaps 23, 24, 25, 26 providing a closure at each end (Fig. 4, not shown) to provide a box. Moreover, when the unit is folded about line 40 the line 30 is easily fractured due to perforations, to form a joined pair of carriers 31, 32, Fig. 1. The ends are closed by first folding flap 23, then end flaps 24 and 26, and then folding 25 so that its edge 27 interlocks under recess 28 in flap 23. Handle holes 33, 34 are provided.
