Abstract

Ensemble d’instrumentation chirurgicale pour résection osseuse La présente invention se rapporte à un ensemble d’instrumentation chirurgicale (1) pour résection osseuse comprenant : - un dispositif de résection (3) configuré pour être fixé à au moins un os d’une articulation, par exemple à un tibia et/ou un talus d’une cheville, le dispositif de résection (3) comprenant un cadre (5), - un guide de positionnement (9) destiné à être fixé à l’articulation, - une fenêtre de positionnement (11) configurée pour être connectée au cadre (5), dans lequel le guide de positionnement (9) et la fenêtre de positionnement (11) sont configurés pour permettre, lorsque le guide de positionnement (9) est fixé à l’articulation, la coopération de la fenêtre de positionnement (11) avec le guide de positionnement (9), afin de positionner le dispositif de résection (3) par rapport à l’os selon une position de fixation.
