Abstract
TITRE DE L’INVENTION : PROCÉDÉ ET DISPOSITIF DE DESSALAGE ET DE CONCENTRATION OU D’ANALYSE D’UN ÉCHANTILLON D’ACIDES NUCLÉIQUES Le procédé de dessalage et de concentration d’un échantillon d’acides nucléiques plus conducteur qu’un tampon d’analyse, comporte, au moins une itération d’une alternance :- d’une étape d’écoulement laminaire de l’échantillon dans un capillaire muni d’une restriction locale de sa section, dans un premier sens d’écoulement, pendant laquelle l’échantillon est soumis à une première différence de potentiel électrique dont l’action sur les molécules d’acides nucléiques est opposée au premier sens d’écoulement et provoque la retenue de molécules d’acides nucléiques dans le capillaire,- d’une étape d’écoulement laminaire de l’échantillon, dans un deuxième sens d’écoulement opposé au premier sens d’écoulement.
