Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé in vitro de libération, de détection et/ou quantification d’acides nucléiques d’un échantillon biologique, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) lyse et dénaturation protéique de l’échantillon par une protéase, b) inactivation de la protéase par un inhibiteur de ladite protéase, c) optionnellement amplification des acides nucléiques présents dans le lysat, et d) éventuellement détection et/ou quantification desdits acides nucléiques.
