Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé in vitro de libération, de détection et/ou quantification d’acides nucléiques d’un échantillon biologique, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) lyse et dénaturation protéique de l’échantillon par une protéase, b) inactivation de la protéase par un inhibiteur de ladite protéase, c) optionnellement amplification des acides nucléiques présents dans le lysat, et d) éventuellement détection et/ou quantification desdits acides nucléiques.The present invention relates to an in vitro method for the release, detection and/or quantification of nucleic acids from a biological sample, comprising the following steps: a) lysis and protein denaturation of the sample by a protease, b) inactivation of the protease by an inhibitor of said protease, c) optionally amplification of the nucleic acids present in the lysate, and d) optionally detection and/or quantification of said nucleic acids.
