Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de projection ou d’injection d’un mortier à base de terre comprenant les étapes de :i) préparation du mortier par le mélange de : ia) une terre d’une granulométrie inférieure ou égale à 15 mm dans une proportion volumique de 20 à 40 % ; ib) un liant comprenant du laitier ou du métakaolin et, éventuellement de la chaux, dans une proportion volumique de 25 à 50 % ; ic) des agrégats dont la granulométrie est comprise entre 2 et 15 mm, et dans une proportion volumique de 0 à 20 % ; id) des fibres dans une proportion volumique comprise entre 10 et 30 % ; ie) du cristallisateur dans une proportion volumique comprise entre 1 et 4 % ; et if) de l’eau dans une proportion volumique comprise entre 5 et 10 % ;ii) pompage du mélange obtenu en i); etiii) injection du mélange dans un moule ou projection du mélange sur une surface verticale ou horizontale.The present invention relates to a method for spraying or injecting an earth-based mortar comprising the steps of: i) preparing the mortar by mixing: ia) an earth with a particle size less than or equal to 15 mm in a volume ratio of 20 to 40%; ib) a binder comprising slag or metakaolin and, optionally lime, in a volume proportion of 25 to 50%; ic) aggregates whose particle size is between 2 and 15 mm, and in a volume proportion of 0 to 20%; id) fibers in a volume proportion between 10 and 30%; ie) crystallizer in a volume proportion between 1 and 4%; and if) water in a volume proportion between 5 and 10%;ii) pumping the mixture obtained in i); andiii) injecting the mixture into a mold or projecting the mixture onto a vertical or horizontal surface.
