Abstract

Capteur de concentration d’au moins une espèce biologique dans le sang comportant un support (2), au moins un guide d’onde (4), un résonateur optomécanique (6) suspendu au support (2), ledit résonateur optomécanique (6) étant couplé optiquement au guide d’onde (4), ledit résonateur optomécanique étant configuré pour vibrer en mode de volume et comportant au moins une face s’étendant dans le plan du capteur et configurée pour recevoir des molécules de ladite espèce donnée, au moins ladite face comportant une couche de fonctionnalisation spécifique à ladite espèce, ledit résonateur optomécanique présentant une dimensions faible dans une direction normale au plan du capteur par rapport aux dimensions de ladite face.
