State of the art

Dans l’art antérieur des articles de joaillerie, on connait le document FR2705539A1 qui divulgue un article joaillerie avec deux anneaux qui peuvent se rabattre l’un contre l’autre. En contrepartie, ce système peut présenter des inconvénients liés à l’encombrement et au volume requis à l’articulation pour procurer un article aisé à porter. On peut aussi noter qu’aucune solution esthétique et/ou discrète n’est proposée pour maintenir les anneaux accolés de sorte à faciliter l’utilisation, notamment l’action de mettre en place, retirer ou manipuler l’article de joaillerie.In the prior art of jewelry articles, document FR2705539A1 is known, which discloses a jewelry article with two rings that can fold against each other. - a secondary hollow shape, arranged on the other of the first decorative element and the second decorative element and arranged to receive and retain or lock the secondary protrusion when the first ring (110; 210) and the second ring (120; 220) are in the first position,
- at least one secondary flexible portion, arranged on at least one of the first decorative element and the second decorative element and arranged to exert a force to hold in position the secondary protuberance received in the secondary hollow shape.

Jewelry item (100; 200) according to claim 9, wherein the retaining device comprises two secondary locking devices, separated by an angle having as its apex a center of the first ring (110; 210) and/or of the second ring (120; 220) and between 90° and 150°.

Jewelry item (100; 200) according to one of claims 1 to 10 wherein the main articulation (130; 230) allows relative rotation between the first ring (110; 210) and the second ring (120; 220) around an axis of rotation tangent, or parallel to a tangent to a periphery of the first ring (110; 210) and/or the second ring (120; 220).

Jewelry item (100; 200) according to one of claims 1 to 11 wherein the main articulation (130; 230) is arranged between the first ring (110; 210) and the second ring (120; 220) so as to allow a relative rotation of the first ring (110; 210) with respect to the second ring (120; 220) of at least 340° and preferably of substantially 360°.
