Claims (15)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de métathèse comportant la mise en contact d'au moins un ester d'acide gras avec un catalyseur de métathèse, ledit ester comportant au moins une insaturation, dans lequel l'ester est traité par un sorbant avant sa mise en contact avec le catalyseur de métathèse, le sorbant présentant un pH inférieur à 6,0 et comportant au moins 65% en poids de Si02, le pourcentage en poids étant donné sur le poids total de sorbant.
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le sorbant est soit un hydrogel de silice amorphe, soit une argile à base de bentonite.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'ester d'acide gras est traité thermiquement avant sa mise en contact avec le catalyseur de métathèse.
- 4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le traitement avec le sorbant est effectué concomitamment avec le traitement thermique.
- 5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'ester d'acide gras est de formule (I) suivante : 0 R2/ \ n ORi (I) dans laquelle : - n est un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 21, - R1 est une chaîne alkyle, linéaire ou ramifiée, de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, - R2 est un atome d'hydrogène ou une chaîne alkyle ou alcényle, linéaire ou ramifiée, de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, éventuellement substituée par un ou plusieurs groupements hydroxyle(s), carboxyle(s) et/ou ester(s).
- 6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel : - n est un nombre entier compris entre 5 et 13, R2 est une chaîne alkyle linéaire ou ramifiée de 2 à 10 atomes de carbone, éventuellement substituée par un groupement hydroxyle.
- 7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel l'acide gras de l'ester d'acide gras est un acide gras monoinsaturé choisi parmi l'acide myristoléique, palmitoléique, oléique, élaidique, ricinoléique, gadoléique et/ou érucique.
- 8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'ester est l'oléate de méthyle.
- 9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le traitement avec le sorbant est effectué avec une quantité de sorbant égale à 0,01 à 10% en poids sur le poids total de produit à traiter.
- 10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le traitement avec le sorbant est effectué à une température de 20 à 80°C pendant au moins une heure.
- 11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le catalyseur de métathèse est un catalyseur au ruthénium.
- 12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le catalyseur présente la formule (Il) suivante : dans laquelle : R3 est une chaîne alkyle de 1 à 5 atomes de carbones, éventuellement ramifiée, - R4 est un atome d'hydrogène, une chaîne alkyle de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone ou un alkyle éther avec une chaine alkyle de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, - R5 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement -NH-CO-R6, dans lequel R6 est une chaîne oxyalkyle de 1 à 15 atomes de carbone, éventuellement ramifiée ou une chaîne alkyle de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, éventuellement substituée par des atomes d'halogène.
- 13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le catalyseur est choisi parmi le groupe constitué par M71-S1Pr, M73-S1Pr, M73-like(tBu), M73-like(C12), HoveydaGrubbs 2 et Hoveyda-Grubbs 2-S1Pr.
- 14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel le sorbant est maintenu dans le milieu réactionnel lors de la mise en contact de l'ester avec le catalyseur de métathèse.
- 15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, dans lequel la réaction de métathèse est une réaction d'homométathèse d'esters d'acide gras.
