Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif électronique organique contenant des premières et secondes électrodes de type anode et cathode et au moins un ensemble comprenant un empilement multicouche disposé entre lesdites électrodes, ledit empilement multicouche comprenant une couche de type N, une couche active électriquement et une couche de type P constituée par un mélange de poly(3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène):poly (styrène-sulfonate) caractérisé en ce que ledit empilement contient une couche additionnelle dite « couche d'accroche » composée d'au moins un oxyde métallique et qui est intercalée entre et au contact de la couche active et la couche de type P. Elle concerne également le procédé de préparation d'un tel dispositif.
