Abstract
Ce procédé vise à obtenir un vitrage (1) qui résiste à un impact dynamique lorsqu'il est installé dans une structure (7), tel qu'un impact à l'oiseau (9) pour un vitrage installé dans un aéronef, le vitrage (1) comprenant au moins une feuille de verre, le procédé comprenant des étapes dans lesquelles : - à l'aide d'un modèle numérique par éléments finis du vitrage installé dans la structure et soumis à l'impact, en utilisant une loi de comportement du matériau constitutif de chaque feuille de verre, on calcule l'enveloppe de contrainte maximale sur chaque feuille de verre du vitrage ; - pour chaque feuille de verre du vitrage, on compare l'enveloppe de contrainte maximale à la contrainte à rupture de la feuille de verre obtenue selon une méthode expérimentale de détermination de la contrainte à rupture d'une feuille de verre sélectionnée en fonction du type d'impact.
