Abstract

La présente demande concerne un document électronique comportant au moins un corps (1) et une cavité (2) comportant une portion centrale (22), d'une profondeur P2, entourée d'un lamage (21), d'une profondeur P1, laquelle est inférieure à la profondeur P2, et ledit corps (1) comportant un composant électronique ayant au moins une borne de connexion (30) comportant au moins une portion rectiligne, et la cavité (2) comportant en outre au moins un palier (20), formé dans le lamage (21), de profondeur PO supérieure à la profondeur P1, et en vis-à-vis d'au moins la portion rectiligne de ladite borne de connexion (30) du composant électronique, une partie de ladite borne de connexion (30) étant dénudée en surface dudit palier. Elle concerne aussi un procédé de fabrication d'un tel document électronique.
