The present invention relates to a single-component and mono-material package with integrated wedging with multiple positions and provided with adhesive tape (s) double-sided. This type of application requires manual implementation of the package during order preparation that precedes shipment. The invention relates to the portion of the package constituted by the parallel pleat setting divided by folds or skew cuts and provided with double-sided adhesive (s).

Indeed, the packaging of which at least one panel is extended by the wedging object of the invention, perhaps of any type. The application shown is based on a packaging type FEFCO (European Federation of Corrugated Cardboard) of the International Code for cardboard packaging FEFCO-ESBO (accessible on the website fefco.org). There are packages with double-sided adhesive tape, but the latter is usually assigned a close / open function as for JOHNSON patent US4245772 of July 13, 1979, or, at best or in addition to assembly for volume development, as for the patent CHANDELIER-LELIEVRE FR2670180 of December 11, 90 or even setting volume and assembly as the patent SMURFTT FR2820718 of February 15, 2001.

There are multiple ply packs with double-sided adhesive to close the flaps such as CHEVALIER patent FR2512783 of September 11, 1981.

None of the packages resulting from the patents mentioned above makes it possible, by using only one component, to adapt to contents of different sizes and to immobilize them inside the packaging. The invention overcomes the disadvantages or deficiencies of the above patents by having a wedging connected to the package itself since a single piece from a single material, provided with parallel lines of multiple folding and split by folds or complementary cuts at an angle and completed by one or more strips of double-sided adhesive.

FIG. 1 is a flat view of the packaging and its setting which is the subject of the invention, after cutting by stamping with a punch and before its setting in volume, as it is delivered to the user conditioner by the manufacturer of the packaging.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the packaging and its setting, after putting in volume and before closing, as it is implemented by the user conditioner after the latter has put in place a content between the setting and the bottom of the package.

In this case, the wedging is in a different position relative to the lid and it is shown split on both sides of the bottom.

According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the packaging and its integrated wedging which is the subject of the invention consists of a preferably rectangular or square polygonal bottom panel (1). This bottom panel (1) is delimited by two dimensions (DI and D2) in two directions perpendicular to each other and assigned either to the length and width of the cavity that receives the content, or vice versa.

Each side of this bottom panel (1) is extended by side panels (2, 3, 4, 5 for a rectangular or square bottom) connected by respective hinge folds (6, 7, 8, 9). A cover (10) extends at the rear of one of the side panels (2) to which it is connected by a hinge fold (11).

At least one of the side panels (preferably the side panel 4) is extended by the wedging object of the invention, preferably opposite the lid (10).

The side panels (3 and 5) which are not extended by the cover (10) or the wedging, are extended in the same direction (that of the dimension Dl) that the other side panels, and on both sides, by assembly or mounting lugs (12 and 13).

The wedging is composed of a succession of panels. The first of these forms the connecting panel (14) between one of the side panels, preferably (4) that which is opposite the panel (2) extended by the cover (10), and is connected to the side panel which it extends by a double fold of articulation (15). The connecting panel (14) is intended to be positioned in a plane parallel to that of the side panel (preferentially 4) that extends after gripping the mounting lugs (12).

The connecting panel (14) is extended by the polymorphic portion of the wedging to which it is connected by a double fold of connection and articulation (17) and cuts (16) on both sides to limit the resistance to folding.

The polymorphous portion (18) of the wedging is a succession of narrow dividing panels (19) parallel to each other, in the direction of D2 and the hinge folds (15 and 17) with the connecting panel (14) and on any the width of the wedging (18) in the direction of Dl. The various division panels (19) of the polymorphous portion (18) of the wedging are interconnected by parallel articulation folds (20). At least two of these division panels (19) are more specific. The substantially median dividing panel (19-1) and the extreme dividing panel (19-2) are each provided with a double-sided adhesive tape. In addition, the medial division panel (19-1) is extended on both sides by legs which can thus stick on the bottom (1) or on the side walls (3 and / or 5) of the packaging. Similarly, the extreme division panel (19-2) is divided, preferably into three parts for an average dimension D2, parts which can thus be glued on the bottom (1) or on the opposite side panel (2) of the packaging each potentially in a different position. The extreme division panel (19-2) will not be split or split into only two parts for small dimensions D2, or, conversely, split into more than three parts for large dimensions D2.

In order for each concerned part to be able to adapt to the shape of the contents, the division panels (19) are not interrupted by cutting or folding lines (21) at an angle or perpendicular and provided with holes (22) at their ends (21). s) end (s), except the ends at the edge of the wedge.

Examples of positioning of the polymorphic setting: - in the case of a content whose length and width dimensions are smaller but close to those of the bottom but whose height is low (for example a printed booklet), the legs of the middle division panel ( 19-1) are attached to the adjacent side panels (3 and 5) while the tabs of the extreme division panel (19-2) are fixed to the side panel (2). - In the case of a content of reduced length and width but significant height (example of a hardware box or mounting accessories), all the legs (19-1 and 19-2) are fixed on the bottom (1) of the package.

FIG. 3 represents a variant of the calibration object of the invention for a larger dimension DI or to separate the content into two differently immobilized layers, the polymorphic setting (18) has been reproduced or split into two parts on either side the bottom.

In this configuration the axis (s) perpendicular to the folds of articulation of the polymorphic setting (18) and the cover form (s) with the bottom a right angle and no longer an alignment as in Figure 1.

This arrangement can also be achieved if the wedging is not split into two parts or if the two parts of the wedging are not identical.

If the material is corrugated cardboard, the direction of the grooves is preferably the direction of the dimension DI and the direction of the double-sided adhesive strips is preferably perpendicular to this direction.

In case of specific tape removal machine and / or search for increased resistance to stacking of the package, these preferences can be changed.

Claims (3)

1) Integrated multi-position polymorphic setting, and provided with tape (s) adhesive (s) double-sided, integrated packaging with which it is a single single-material component. The polymorphic setting (18) is integral with a package composed of a bottom (1) extended on its sides by side panels (2, 3, 4, 5 ...), at least one of them (2) is itself extended by a cover (10).
